**UPDATE: I ran the below issue through my credit card companies claims department and they found that absolutely 100% the item and issue I described below was under warranty and this company was responsible and is still responsible for a resolution yet they continue to completely ignore me.**
We've now purchased 3 pieces of RASCC furniture and all 3 have had serious quality issues.
1. We purchased a baby crib years ago and had to immediately return it because the wood slats were split open in multiple places. We've owned 3 baby cribs around the same price point but the RASCC one was such cheap quality, it even without the broken wood slats it wouldn't have been worth what they were charging.
2. We purchased the Warrenton console and while we love the look, the wood is visibly warped on the top shelf and it slopes pretty badly.
3. The biggest issue tho why I write this review is that we purchased a custom ottoman that "on sale" cost over $3,500 and it has been truly the biggest headache and worst quality piece of furniture I've ever owned.
Zero acknowledgement or reply in over a year and a half of asking for a repair.
Also worth noting is that when I tried to leave an honest review to warn others about the quality of the ottoman on their website, they blocked it from publishing, which I think says a lot about how this company does business.
It makes me physically ill that a company can in good conscience charge customers these prices for such poorly made items and then not even live up to their own warranties as listed on their website. Please learn from my mistakes and DO NOT BUY furniture from this company.
