MISTAKE TO EVEN GO HERE
Gave perfectly working laptop for servicing. Guy said it would be done within two days. Two days later there was no update, had to call myself to get information.
I got informed that the laptop had malfunctioned, dont know how?
Took them 1 week to figure out the issue (seriously wow).
Called them once again to ask for update, this time they were able to find the issue (thank god), and said they will be able to solve it in 3 days.
guess what they could not!
Wasted 13 days and got a laptop that is not even working!
lesson learnt the hard way.
Sad part is they wont update you on the issue unless you call them!
