R&R Design Review

This is the worst place I ever worked at. They have so many issues in the work place. Trip hazards doors with no sign to say watch ur step, he'll on other side of door is a 8" drop. But no warning. Music plays wide open all day and all night. Only 1 kind of music is allowed guess what kind? MERIACHI. All night. U can't even concentrate. Asked my supervisors they say nothing can b done about it. Electrical hazards. Disrespectful people .u don't get any say. Also bn told by supervisors local fire dept just comes in get check and leaves same with OSHA. But no one will do anything about it . that is not right.

ONE THE WORSE WORK EXPERIENCE I HAD THE SHOP FOREMAN BURTO SET ME UP TO LOSE MY JOB COMPLAINING ABOUT NOT GETTING ENOUGH DONE BUT KEPT MOVING ME FROM MY STATION VERY CROOKED MAN TO WORK WITH OR FOR HE NEEDS TO FRIED...HE'S RUDE ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING SMART TO SAY

These guys are awesome!! Their professional and have some of the best welders any welding company would want!! Their very skilled in what their doing, and take great pride in their work!! Keep up the great work R&R Design!

The best quality and awesome design of their aluminum boat hatches. I have 2 of these on my Jon boat and have recommended them to many other tin boat owners. It's nice to find an American company that takes pride in their products.

Awesome group of people to work for. As a veteran welder/fabricator I can honestly say that I am working with people who encourage craftsmanship and quality. Morale in the shop is always positive and upbeat. Daniel and Roberto are well balanced leaders. The owners are not hard to work for either.
