When you hire Lundgren's lawyers to pursue a fraud case, and Lundgren's lawyers shortly after say yes to working for the other party in another case of sale for DKK 600,000,000.

And Lundgren's lawyers did not subsequently present the client's claims

Does not share letters and pleadings that Lundgren sends and receives from the court

When Lundgrens does not share the other party's responses with the Client

When Lundgren's lawyers send the court a writ of summons without letting the client approve it, even though the Client has given Lundgren's Instructions that nothing may be presented to the court without the client's approval, and Lundgren's lawyers nevertheless send the court a writ of summons / Response

Without including client claims.
Without sharing a copy of Response with the Client.

And by the way, the client sends bills up DKK 232,000. To present the court with 3 pages with a claim for poor advice, when the client hired Lundgren's lawyers to lead a fraud and false case

We have fired Lundgren's lawyers and have hired a new lawyer who must start over, with the client's case.

We have reported Lundgren's lawyers to the Bar Council for massively violating good lawyer practice, Deadline for response to the complaint is 24-08-2020
