Found 2 small tears in my leather chair which I bought from R &J Leather nearly 2 years ago. Contacted their store and they sent someone out the following day to repair it. First class job with excellent customer service.

Amazing customer service. Looks run down from outside don't let this put you off buying. Inside is much larger than it looks with loads of suits, furniture and accessories.

Which turned out to be fake bonded leather..
We complained but got knowhere with them we were going to court but circumstances stopped us.....

Fantastic range of leather suites. The lady we spoke to was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable about each product. There was no pushy sales staff. If you are in the market for a leather suite you really do need to check this place out.

Took delivery today of our new 3 seater sofa and two chairs. R&J have been fantastic to deal with. Great communication right from placing our order. Delivery by Scott and Gary was very professional, they phoned in advance to advise of their anticipated delivery slot and arrived in perfect time. Overall first class service. Excellent service from looking through to delivery. We visited the shop with nothing special in mind other than a leather suite. The sales assistant introduced herself then left us to look around uninterrupted which was good as we found the big chains provide a 'Stocking the Customer Specialist' as soon as you put a foot in the door. The range they keep in stock is enormous with a great selection of styles that you do net see anywhere else. We found exactly what we were looking for and it was delivered the following day by very careful and courteous delivery men who were very helpful and polite and they took great care not to damage anything. They even removed the packaging for us.
