Such a worst ever real estate agency..... I request ppl not to fall in their trap.... they r just on their own world... they have their own set of rules and regulations which just screws up the tenant as well as the owners.....
Worst customer service.... when u sit and wait at office they rather move n chit chat than serving u... they never attend their calls... if so they do.. they will either not give u complete information or they will be rude....

I am gonna raise a legal case against them for poor service for the cost paid....

I hardly recommend them...

Very unprofessional and impolite telephone manner. Never done the task or inquiries within the time. It took 3 months to get their confirmation on my rent payment and I am still waiting.

Worst company ever .. bad service .. rude staff .. plus: i ended my rental contract for more than 3 weeks and still did not get my deposit back!

We are renting before on them and they are really the most arrogant and DGAF people!!!!

We called to asked about our bill and spoke someone that said their accountant, he is the rudeST accountant I ve ever spoke with!!!

We asked about our bill and he said he doesn t know and he is busy then hung up the phone right away!

Like how come he doesn t know when he the one who s making the total of the bills!!! And it will not even take him 5mins to explain the damn bill!!!

We don t have issue on paying our bill but atleast we want to know what we are paying but this unbothered Indian account cannot explain this bill!!! Shame on you!!!

Worst maintainance ever.. worst customer service after we paid for the reservation they forgot us and they didnt do the maintainance, they dont answer the phone and they are impolite

You can barely get information when calling them. They will keep transferring the call to different people but they don't give useful information at all

I Terminated my tenancy contract due to Job loss, in this Covid -19 Situation i was living without job from Mar to Sept but they Charged me 1700 Extra for termination, Despite i provided a termination letter and other relevant documents, I vacated this apartment on 14-09-2020 now until 07-01-2021 they didn't refund my Security Deposit,
I am following them every next day but in vain, Now that Lady stop answering my call and not reply to my emails or messages. Now i am living in another city so its hard for me to go to their office. Can anyone suggest me any Solution?

After paying 4 years the payment for lavender tower unit no 4401, no refund no handover! Shame on you. The worst customer service that I have ever seen!!!
