I can't say enough good things about this company!!!! I visited them a couple of years after starting my jewelry business with no knowledge of how the manufacturing process works. The owner and employees are so nice and accommodating! I wasn't sure if they would work with a small business, but they are more than happy to. I send them drawings/ ideas and it's amazing that they can create exactly what I need just from that. Every single detail is always perfect, and they always respond to my emails immediately. The quality of the jewelry is like no other. I'm always more than impressed with the finished product! This company will make your ideas come alive. I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!

I trust my complete manufacturing operation to R&D, I cannot say enough about their professionalism, top quality construction, all around industry experience and knowledge. The friendly staff is also extremely skillful in every area of production and supporting businesses of all sizes. Their expertise makes it as easy as bringing in a doodle and turning it into a treasure! In my experience, there is nothing they cannot do. You will be in excellent hands.

I switched to R & D Manufacturing for CAD designs and jewelry production a couple of years ago. Their attention to detail, customer service and keen eye for developing product is second to none. The team is engaged every step of the way from inception, completion to marketing and sales.

We placed an order for 3 bracelets and after a few weeks received a CAD for one of them. After a few months, we cancelled the other 2 bracelets because they had not sent us any images (they charged us for CAD work and prototyping for these bracelets). We continued with the one bracelet since they seemed to be moving along with (an enamel bracelet with hinge), but after 5 months of waiting to get a sample of it with sporadic communication, we cut our losses and cancelled the order. We much prefer working with our other partners on 47th street, jadocrown.

I would've expected some kind of apology considering how much time the piece took and how long it took for them to respond to every email (Weeks). I am sure their quality is amazing; but timely deadlines and responsive, attentive customer service make all the difference, and I don't feel they have this.
