So here I am again totally thrilled with this place. My 73yr old mom came to visit me today and was telling me that the wind took her door out of her hands yesterday and it now drops when she opens it. She asked where to take it?Right away I told her RAC. She went directly there and the two young men not only fixed her problem. It was such a quick fix, they didn't even charge her for it!!!!! Whaaaaaatt??? How does a company stay in business doing things for free? They stay in business because their customer service is fanominal! I can not rave enough about these people. Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking care of my mom and being such wonderful people. You guys rock!! Word of mouth is a great thing. I tell everyone who needs any kind of work to go see you guys.
We recently had an encounter with a deer and had significant damage to our car. The car was to be a write-off because of the age of the vehicle, but because of the original condition of the car (it looked brand new) pictures were taken and submitted to insurance to repair. Paul went above and beyond to get our vehicle back to it's original form and we couldn't be happier. Fantastic customer service and very reasonable time-frame for work to be done. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Regional Auto Collision.

I just wanted to share a great experience I had with Paul Andreola at Regional Auto Collision . I had a dent from a raised curb at a parking lot . Paul did a great job fixing the dent and scrapes on my new Pacifica .
Paul warned me that other shops would charge more for work not needed to repair the van .
You know he was right . Paul did a great job at less than the other guys quoted. The result was fantastic I don t know how they made it look so good .
To top it off Paul came out on a weekend to open the shop so I could take my car back . This saved me two extra days of car rental .

I went to Regional Auto Collision for a second opinion after my insurance company's recommended body shop was going to write-off my 10 year old car. I had owned it for only 7 months and was determined to keep it. Paul assured me that he could fix the car at a cost that would satisfy both myself and the insurance company. I had high expectations after reading all the positive Google reviews and he did not disappoint. The work was completed on time as promised and I am thrilled with the results. They even detailed the car inside and out. Paul is honest and sincere in his effort to help people.
I hope I don't need their services for a long time, but if I do I will not hesitate to go to RAC first.

I am late to review as my vehicle was fixed back in June, but a huge shout out to Paul and the team at RAC. I had some underlying damage on my 2012 G37X that became apparent a few months after purchasing the car. After Paul examined my vehicle, it was determined that it was in an accident went through a "backyard fix" before it went up for sale (Carfax came up clean during the sale). From the hood, to the bumper, radiator and paint, everything was barely holding on. I have a new view on buying vehicles used from certain Mississauga dealers, but that's a topic for another day.
Paul assured me he could get my car back into shape and looking new again....he did not fail! I was amazed at the quality of work, right down to the fit & perfectly matching the original paint. I've received many compliments on the vehicle since Paul brought it back to life. Excellent work, very fair pricing and completed on time as promised. Highly recommend Paul and RAC team!

Moved to Smithville recently and looking to find a collision centre near me. Drove by RAC many times and decided to stop in for an estimate on my RAV 4. The property is well maintained , so I assumed the work they do is a reflection of this. I was not disappointed. Paul and Karen took care of me and explained the process to bring my vehicle back to what it was. They provided me with a referral to a car rental centre and was able to drop it off at their shop to pick up my vehicle. The results were very impressive. Bodywork and paint blending...outstanding! Would highly recommend RAC. Completely satisfied.

Needed body repairs on my Genesis Coupe. Shopped around for 5-6 quotes, and went with Regional Auto Collision based on a recommendation from my brother-in-law. Across the range of estimates I received, Paul's quote was on the lower end. With their good reputation and reasonable price, this was a no brainer. They also made arrangements for me to pick up and drop off a rental at their shop. In the end, they did a fantastic job on my car. My Genesis looks better than before the damage, because they also gave it a nice clean. They even applied dressing to my tires. I strongly recommend choosing Regional Auto Collision.
If you have need of any body work on your vehicle, this is the place to go. I recently had some damage on my 1968 Camaro (original owner). I tried to find a shop that would take on the repair and after several tries I was directed to RAC. I have to say that Paul, the owner, did an incredible job in matching the paint which was about 20 years old. The toners had changed over the years making it very difficult to match the original colour. I am completely satisfied with the work and I highly recommend RAC. Paul and his wife, Karen are very friendly and very professional.
Excellent service !! I needed my bumper replaced and after the first quote ( which I would receive in 24 hrs) and was told it would take a week to fix, I dropped by RAC. I was given a quote on the spot and told it would take about 4 hours once the parts were in and painted. I had my appointment today and it was completed right on time and looks brand new! ! I highly recommend RAC for their professionalism and quality of service. I would give them 10 Stars !!

This place personifies excellent service. The owner was always reachable, incredibly polite and accommodating. Their prices were very competitive! When I picked up my Benz, the scratch left by some tosser with a key was completely gone, and imagine my surprise to find my car full detailed inside and out.

I was rear-ended less than a month after buying my car and they did a fantastic job making everything just right. On top of it all a couple of my lights died just before taking the car in and the owner generously took a look and put on some replacement bulbs because he knew I needed them. I would recommend RAC with flying colours to anyone I know and I kind of wish I could get any mechanic with done there!

Paul at regional auto was extremely helpful! My rad support was bent causing my hood to not fully close. I was quoted by another company at $1500 to replace the entire support, and possibly more if need be. From the start Paul was very reasonable and helpful, explaining everything he would be doing. In the end, he was able to straighten out the support enabling my hood to fully latch closed for more than half the price of what I was quoted at with the other company. I would recommend regional auto collision to everyone
