Lovely staff. Nothing to much . Residents well looked after
I used to work there in Catering, disliked the white supremecy. White British workers and volunteers had more freedom and could do things that others were not allowed under watchful eyes of catering manager. I had to look busy at all times or was told off. Non smiling, finger pointing, demotivational + their unpleasant guests. They asked me to work on 25th December a day without public transportation in London at my normal pay rate. Ridiculous!
I had the worst day of my life working night shift at Queen s with a man named Ola. Basically I was doing all the jobs cleaning, talking phone calls, attending to the resident etc and he was sleeping. Even when the resident needed help he was still sleeping I was even scared to awake him and when I did he kick off.Even the resident told me he felt
So bad for me that he was treating me like a slave can you imagine. Am like If you was given an opportunity to work their why don t you give same opportunity to others. please if you are looking for a job in their make sure you don t go for night shifts except you want to be treated like a slave
