Telephoned 3 times and was promised the appropriate department would telephone back...they didn't. Messaged on WhatsApp and they asked for my name and number. I gave it to them expecting a reply...nothing. A very poor service and l had heard good things about the doctor concerned. A shame l will never get to meet him.

Disappointing experience with Dr. Nashaat Al-Arbeed. Unfortunately, he doesn t listen, and worse, doesn t respect ethics. He made my face looks like a huge ball. When I showed dissatisfaction, he suggested hyaluronic acid filler, and I agreed. He injected my face. I had to visit him again after a week as each cheek looked different, and he claimed that he did use any hyaluronic acid filler but only water. I don t know what s the truth. Did he use hyaluronic acid filler or did he use water? If he used water, I don t understand how can any doctor gives himself the right to take decisions against the patient s will? Lying and practicing medicine don t go along.

Dermatology receptionists are very unprofessional ...

Dermatology receptionists are very unprofessional with appointments, after I arrived for my appointment they told me that the date and time they booked me in is different, although I am 100% sure it was correct. They sent me back home and told me to come the day after at 5pm. On the day after and only a few hours my appointment they called and told me to come at 4 instead because the nurses leave at 5, so how come their working hours change within less than 24 hours ???

So unprofessional.

Rusbashn dermatological employees deal with references in a lack of professionalism, after I arrived at the appointment, they informed me that the reserved appointment with a date and time not registered with me, and I am 100% sure of the appointment. Inform me that the specialist / nurse is not available and that my appointment is on the next day at 5 pm. And on the day after that they called me hours before the appointment and told me to come to the appointment at 4 o'clock, as the nurses' work hours have changed. Is it conceivable that their working hours change in less than 24 hours and report this thing on the same day of the appointment?
