We have been waiting for the second assessment of documents of a mortgage application for more than 4 weeks. First assessment already agreed but the processing time for the second assessment is 12 working days, but in reality it has already taken 18 working days and still no response. Called several times, emailed but no response. Home purchase postponed, renovation postponed, maybe even pay a fine etc. and the costs continue to run .... Everyone is busy at the moment but this is outrageous, stay far away !!

They are not even worth this one star. What a horror! It takes a long time, difficult to reach and promises everything, but nothing comes of it. Only because I want to change the sections in my home construction account. Have been submitting the request for 2 weeks. Portal does not work, try later, the portal is incorrect, submitted by e-mail, I get an old confirmation, gone over by phone, no is not allowed anyway and we do not understand .... Request again, with promise that it is immediately picked up ... nothing .... Call again, yes will be picked up no later than Monday. It is now Monday and now I receive an old confirmation from February 24 in my mail again. Is this a joke or something ?? I have to declare bills!

What a bad service. Been trying to arrange something for weeks. Have been on the phone with them for hours. Got a different number every time. Sent several emails which they never received while I did receive a confirmation of receipt. Don't go any further after 1 month. Worthless company.

Now 6 weeks have passed and not even a step further.

Quion Excruciatingly slow, old mortgage has been paid off and some administrative actions have to take place, which has to be done for me. However, as an answer you have to be patient for another fourteen days. Do handle their part. And the consumer has to wait until you weigh an ounce. With other companies this is handled in 2 working days. You can call that you weigh almost 2 grams. But Quion determines, and not the consumer, you are just a number. A bit of a pity spent 17 years with this company because of a profiteering policy. Van de Woekerpolis not yet redeemed by the slowness of QUION.

A star is actually too much ... slow handling of administration (transfer to another mortgage provider), being able to explain very unfriendly and unclear, both in writing and orally, (with the necessary 'sighs' from the employee involved) how high costs (compensation repayments) are calculated, send threatening letters when things seem to be incorrect (and not checked) and then do not excuse themselves about this and the negative / judgmental tone towards the notary and CUSTOMER, when something has been transferred incorrectly! If you consider engaging Quion as a financial service provider, I would strongly advise against this!

I had no problem with Quion in the past 6 years. Clear online environment. Additional refunds are processed appropriately. Easy system. Converted loan form last year, without any problems. Friendly.

Apparently it is impossible for Quion to get anything done. Week after week the promise: "We will come back to you with answers at the end of this week", and then say that they cannot find this promise anywhere.
