Been coming here for a little over 2 years now, by far the best facility I have been to so far. You don't feel like a test subject here, once you get to know the staff its almost like hanging out with friends.
Great place, very clean and well done. Need more outpatient studies though!
Very professional organization. I found their technicians, Nurses and support personnel to fully prepared and through the entire process they communicated very clearly on the next steps. We started on time and finished after about 2.5 hours instead of the three they orginally plan for. I highly recommend them.
Some of the nurses are lovely and introduce themselves and talk to you, but others treat you like a lab rat and ignore you completely and talk to other nurses and staff like you are not sitting right there in front of them. I think I just stayed too long for a first study (6 nights) and I was never so ready to get out of a place. But the money is great!!
I was reminded of upcoming appointment in sufficient amount of time. I was informed of what to expect when I arrived. Everyone I encountered was courteous, professional and passionate about their segment of the study. The process ended in the amount of time as outlined.
I was compensated as indicated in a short period of time.
I look forward to participating in any other study I meet criteria for.

Very nice staff. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and after I completed the study I received my check about three days later.
I was sadly not able to be in the study. I went in for a screening and days later they gave me a call saying I was all set up to come on Monday morning. Once I got that call, I went to my job and took off the 13 days needed. 2 days before I was suppose to go to Quintiles, they called me saying that after talking with it director, me having my implant birth control isnt going to baiscally cut out with this study. Not because it would be harmful for me or anything, but because they didnt think it was adequate to have one for this study. The whole time I was at th screening, I asked the man at the front desk, lady drawing my blood nad vitals, the women who gave us more information about the study all said that they had girls with birth control in this study and that its no problem. I took 2 weeks off of work to be in it to be told 2 days before I was suppose to go that Im cant any longer. I will be behind on all my bills thanks to Quintiles, thanks.
The worst. My screening appointment took 4.5hrs instead of 2. Additionally, the nurse took the most unskilled blood draw I've ever seen. My arm bruised up so badly I looked like a clumsy junkie.
Then, while they said my lab work was fine during my appointment, someone managed to screw up my chart and listed my BMI as 5 points higher than actual. So, even though I am 20lbs under the weight limit for the trial, I was dropped from the study, but never told until the day prior when I called in to confirm my spot with the hotline. If they can screw up the screening process, I kind of wonder if they can even administer the right compounds at the right dosages.
So while I consider my experience with them a giant waste of time, not getting picked up for a trial might well be the best thing for my long term health.
Great money. Ok food. Hospital like setting. Rooms with tv .ps3. Nice enough kind of nurses or assistants. Had extra stuff there like shampoo conditner flip flops. Free or low price razors. Over all clean. Great experience
Thank you IQVIA for a great study. Payment was competive, facility is well staffed and clean. Food is study food..what can I say but a good variety. Beds are comfortable. Met some great ladies.
A very professional staff and smooth running program plan made my visit very pleasant. I compliment the technical staff. All study steps were clearly explained. The usual multiple information/disclaimer/waiver forms were filled out and the same person took me through the program - well organized! She followed complicated procedures well without a hitch, which was impressive. I am used to doing the operating, rather than being operated upon, but this guinea pig has no complaints - even treats were offered. This was my first time. Well done, Quintiles. One issue - prohibition of foods for 2 hours prior I was not aware of until signing in - lucky I didn't stop for coffee on my drive over.
I have participated in 2 clinical research studies at Quintiles over the past several months. Both studies related to Parkinson's disease & the utilization of technology to monitor symptoms. Quintiles is a most reputable and professional organization, utilizing the highest ethical conduct regarding quality of staff, protocols & procedures, communication & informed consent for subjects, etc. My experiences were nothing less than extremely positive.
Had my screening and checked out fine, Went in for the study and for a study needing 10 people they scheduled 45 people to come in and be available. The next thing I see is nurses coming in and telling one person after another that they wouldnt be able to take part in the study. In short, They had me thinking I was all set to make the money for my wifes car, then yanked the rug out from under me for no good reason!!! Also, they then tell me I cant re-apply for a study for 4 weeks. This place is crooked, Go to Vince & Associates!!!
I just finished a one day, 5-hour physiological trial with Quintiles and could not be more pleased. The staff was polite and caring (and not bad looking either). Facilities superb. The money was terrific ($1000 for a few hours work). I would gladly do it again. Maybe if one did not follow the rules or did not qualify they might dock your check, but that would be only fair. I am very very happy.
This was a very professional experience. All members of the staff I came in contact with were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the procedure step by step so there was no anxiety.
Don't trust them! They offer you a nice chunk of money to complete a study but they will ding your check any chance they get! They will try to fine you for everything and you will end up wasting all your time staying up there and your gas going for follow ups and then in the end you wont get what you were supposed to. Some of the staff members are extremely rude and they treat you like youre some kind of prison inmate and not someone in there to volunteer.
The best clinical study facility ive ever had the oppurtunity to participate in, Staff is great - very professional! decent food, you can have tea and decaf coffee!! the only thing, I Repeat, the only one thing i dont care for is that the recreation area is seggregated, so you basically only get to have same sex conversation.. unless you walk around and find a walking buddy.. otherwise this place is the best!
I had a wonderful relaxing time while doing my short but productive stay at Quintiles. I really enjoyed several staff members that made my stay more relaxing ALLY, SHANNON, MARIAH, AND the chef in the(kitchen), she knows who I'm referring. Some staff really could use some bedside manner and a attitude check though. Besides that it was a good first experience and I look forward to coming back
They don't seem to care when you get paid. NO PAY CARDS. No one seems to even know when the checks are mailed. It's been 18 days sense I did my part and still no money. You just shouldn't play with people. Just pay them!

The preparation and set trials were very well coordinated. The individual a running the study answered my questions and they were well acquainted with the study. They knew their 'stuff.' I even found it fun to be involved.

The best Medical Research Study facility in the Kansas City area. The staff is very professional and friendly. The Doctors treat you like you are a friend. They are considerate, professional and insightful. The facility is clean and they have upgraded the bedside TV's. This is my first choice for a study by far over the others in the area. A special thanks to those of the staff that make things run so efficient and smooth, you know who you are. It is great to see the same staff still there over the years. You feel like you know them. Can't wait to see them again. They set the standard. Let the rest try to keep up.
