Clean, classy and cosy. Food very good, bread right out of the oven. A little skimpy on the scallops.

Great historical hotel. Very classy, feels like the early 20th century with modern amenities.
Always a good meal and comfortable surroundings. Sad to see them go from this beautiful building.
Went to a 90th birthday catered celebration of about 60 adults so no idea of price. Traditional looking club ambience. Lovely surrounding, attentive staff. Tasty buffet. Bartender good.
It is a classic club with a lovely bar and restaurant as well as special banquet facilities. Good people.
Clean room. Historic. Good price. Parking lot in the back costs extra.
A bit staid, but a nice private club. Good for an after work drink, lodging visiters, private dinners and meetings, as well as bowling.
Amazing place. Lots of history. Great people and awesome food..
What a nice place. We had a good time - the food and drink was quite good.
Old style club from a by gone era. It's available for nonmembers. You can't beat the location or price. Parking is available for a limited number of spots (and that was a good value too.)
Wondeful rooms, terrific staff, great food. This the perfect antidote to cookie cutter hotels. You cannot beat these features in any other New Haven facility. We've tried them all
It is DOG FRIENDLY!!!! Nice little hotel in the downtown of New Haven
Club has certainly seen better days but I enjoyed my stay here, the room was very reasonably priced and in a fantastic location next to Yale. Restaurant and bar were unfortunately closed when I was there.
