Not really the most efficient Quick. 5 employees incl. "Manager" who walk around, only 1 at the checkout so we had to queue for 20min. Even after we had finished eating, the line remained relatively long. Manager thought it was more important to drink coffee in the kitchen than to open a second cash register. She also did not feel it necessary to place one of the 3 employees who were "cleaning" in the room at the cash register and thus reduce the queue.

this restaurant in schoten was the day I went to eat, not neat. tables dirty me people who served us dropped the burger and wanted to give it to the customer. we were 3 and our food was cold not well baked. coffee cold. double burger asked and only a single got paid but double. and the staff simply laughed at the people.

Even 1 star is too much until 3am open burger cold. Dirty tables are cleaning everything at 10 pm and you can no longer sit at a clean table. Toilets cannot be used because they are wet from cleaning. Understandable that the quicks should close little quality for a lot of money !! Just give me McDonalds

Barely any clients there still staff unable to keep up. Manager on duty can't even reply to a simple question of which sauce is in a certain burger. Over 90 minutes before closing they already closed of 60% of the restaurant (we and 2 other clients were still actually seated in that area eating our burgers) after finishing meal we couldn't empty our tray in the garbage cans, since they were already too full.

Best burger in town. Yes you sometimes have to wait and yes there is not much staff but if you taste the burger anyway, you have already forgotten it. I want a quick in the Netherlands, preferably Rotterdam.

Personeel was er vriendelijk en behulpzaam zoals altijd. 2 minpuntjes: Het registreren met de smartphone verliep wat moeilijk. Je moet een tafelnummer invoeren, maar die ken je niet. En 2, het circulatieplan was me ook niet dadelijk duidelijk. Maar hoe dan ook... Genoten van mijne Giantmenu

Sometimes too long a wait, due to a shortage of staff or less competent staff. A big difference with Quick Kinepolis, where it is sometimes incredibly hectic. Those in Schoten could not handle that.

There are many job students who work there so if you want to eat something quickly you should definitely not do it here. They also often forget to share things that you have ordered. If you want really good service, go to the quick in Kapellen.

For a Quick branch, this was 1 of the cleanest I have come across. The food is what you can expect from a quick.
The service is also just about standard everywhere, and unfortunately this is not too possitive.

Congratulations to the employees who have to endure this day and day, that customers can and should bully you SO ... incomprehensible. It would be better to put security at the door here. In terms of burgers do well definitely the fishburger! Fries also well baked, not too fat, fairly fast service despite the crowds and the almost impossible working conditions.

Customer-friendliness is clearly not a priority here. No response to my good evening on arrival.
When my order was ready, I was not even informed.
Also finding a clean table in the room was a challenge.

Certainly the worst quick experience ever!
