I was shocked to see such a bad review for this agency! We adopted a Golden Retriever puppy 5 months ago, and couldn't have been happier about the process! Since we were dog-owner novices, Kay couldn't have been more helpful! I respect that she did NOT try to oversell the puppy and gave us a realistic picture of what we were in for! When we decided to dive in, she lent us a cage until we could find one. Since we were so clueless, she also gave us a few extras of items she had on hand to get us started. We drove a couple hours to select from 5 puppies that had ALL been freshly bathed--so cute & fluffy! The puppy we selected had been well cared for: cage-trained, somewhat potty-trained, and knew a couple commands like "come" & "sit". Both Kay and the lady at the adoption site seemed very upfront about pros & cons of each puppy. After we adopted, Kay also welcomed our deluge of new-owner questions! We have already highly recommended this agency to several people & will continue to do so!
