This is unprofessional company plz stay away don't ever apply for this s... they expect too much of you but they don't give you sh... they supposed to pay you for your mile. And you have to use your own car. I just worked 2 day for this company. My experience for this company was terrible.
I had two interviews with BioDiagnostics where I was hired on the spot. I was sent on two evaluation, where they evaluate how you draw blood at 5AM. Each time, no one reached out to me to let me know if BioDiagnostics decieded to move forward with me as an employee or not. It wasn t a question on my skills and weather I was experienced or capable. It was more so that the company is very disorganized. When I called, they didn t know who I interviewed with, they didn t know which facility I did my evaluation at or who was the phlebotomist that I was shadowing. They are unprofessional. Not to mention the job isn t secure, there is no union or benefits. Would not recommend.
Worst customer service - unprofessional phone manner - took OVER a month to get my results back for a single antibody test. They will either say their system is down or they don't have the result yet. They ask for a call back number, they never call you back. They have a web portal but no way for you to set up access to it.
Basically they don t pay you . So they would love if you work for free DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PLACE it s a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ve been waiting for over 3 weeks for results tht were supposed to take 3-5 business days. I received an email that my results were ready and have called numerous times to obtain them but have been told that they are being processed . I ve asked for a manager but he s in a meeting and will call me back in one minute ... still waiting. I believe that my sample was lost and no one wants to take my call because of this. I am currently exploring my options because I want my sample found and processed. I wish I could give a negative star rating because they are extremely unprofessional and have even hung up on me more than once when putting me on hold .

They are very unprofessional, they treat employees like trash, I would not recommend this company they pay employees when they feel like it. They never have supplies like how are we suppose to draw blood without gloves they are horrible.wish I could give them 0 stars

It will be 5 weeks on this Wednesday 6/24 since I have NOT received results for my COVID 19 antibody test. This company sent a link to my phone which to this day is inaccessible. I'm beginning to feel violated and extremely concerned about what was done with my blood sample. The phone number listed does not work. I will keep trying until I get my results!
