It is really sad that the BBB doesn't learn from those making complaints about businesses for negative service or products. I have been trying unsuccessfully for 2 weeks to get a complaint in about a company which will help others make a more informed decision on who they hire. Unfortunately, the BBB first changed the business name I entered, after leaving msges for a week I finally had to insist on no call back from this Anna person ( she returns no calls) but to immediately get her on the phone. Well, she finally fixed the company name but now it states this business is no longer in business which of course is not true. So again I am calling and leaving msges that do not get returned. I have spoken to the admin or receptionist as well and she now does not answer calls if my phone number shows up. I expect more from the BBB. 2 weeks and I am still waiting for an actual call back. If people cannot do their job they should consider a career move.

Discrimination! My wife is Chinese. We were waiting in line to be seated. When we got to the front of the line the owner told us there were 2 parties ahead of us. My wife complained and stated it was clear we were in the front of the line. Then the people behind us told the owner that we were before them. Then the owner rudely said to my wife do you want to sit or not

Having called Better Business Bureau today, I take back all the bad things I said about them. Someone answered my call promptly and she was extremely helpful. Big improvement from my experiences in 2015 & 2016. Good job, BBB!! Proud to say that we are a member of yours here at Coe Plumbing. Keep it up.

Be advised that they employ ex convicts because that s the caliber of service you can expect to receive. Business owners should avoid doing business with BBB. It s not worth the headache.

I have had Windstream for 10 YEARS and their Internet and customer service just gets worse every year! Apparently, the only Internet option where I live is 1.5 Maps! On their website they don't even have that speed! And we don't even get 1 mbps, it's usually in the double digit kbps! They just keep signing new people up and don't bother upgrading their system! We get kicked off at least 15 times a day! And, customer service is closed after 7pm so if it goes out there's no way to get ahold of Anyone! Also, they won't let you sign up unless you purchase a home phone (that we don't need!). So I pay $76 a month for terrible Internet service! I wish there was another provider available where I live but they are our only option. I'm seriously debating on getting dial up because it's probably the same speed with a much cheaper bill! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!!

MHM Roofing replaced my roof sometime in March of 2018. The materials they used appears to be top of the line. They've done an excellent job from beginning to end. They didn't just replace the shingles, they also added a new roof lining. We've had several storms since that time and some hail, but the roof appears to be holding up very very well. I was very impressed also with the cleanup. When they left, it was spotless and no Nails found. It only took one day. All this, and no out-of-pocket money from me. I highly recommend them.

I filled a BBB complaint with the Local BBB about Travis Watkins who s manager Maverick exposed me to Covid-19 and who chose to not tell me about it till I started digging in to why they closed the office and cancelled my appointment. I had also filed a complained about the terrible tax issues that resulted from doing business with Travis Watkins. However the BBB send me a letter staring I was not this companies client and refused to post my complaint or seek a response for me. I called the BBB and was eventually transferred to a voice mail. It is frustrating to see a well respected company like the BBB shield a company from consumer complaints and still provide an A+ raring to a company with so many consumer complaints and who s manager has so little regard for the health and safety of their customer s that they attempt to hide having exposed them to deadly virus.

The current Management is outstanding. I disagree with the people who gave bad ratings. The staff is motivated and professional. The best way to work with them is to call them. A personal experience outshines a web experience 10 fold. Also if you have an issue, ask to escalate it to a manager or even all the way to the top. Kitt, Leeda and Ryan are extremely concerned with customer satisfaction.

T & J property management rented a house to us that had previously existing electrical problems that we were not informed of and led to our TV and desktop computer/monitor to blow up in my face upon turning them on and they are unwilling to communicate on getting our things replaced, though stated in our lease agreement that landlord is responsible for all repairs to the house, and since our things are damaged due to his negligence, so our things definitely should be fixed. sadly this is still our first month here and have to deal with this for an entire year.

This is the most unprofessional and laughable organization I have ever encountered. I have been leaving messages for weeks and they refuse to call. I have called and left message after message sent emails with no response. They will not even let me cancel my account. It is so ridiculous that it feels like someone is playing a joke on me. Their voicemail says they will return my call within twenty four hours but no. They will not return calls in 24 days. I would be out of business if I provided my customers this level of service.

This was my first experience with Global Concepts....

This was my first experience with Global Concepts. I had a very difficult itinerary and had some changes as well. Their owner himself worked tirelessly with me to get exactly what I needed.....and it wasn't easy for him (I had LOTS of questions)! They got exactly what I needed at a fantastic price. I will definitely use them again for cruises, airfares and hotels. Great job Shane!!

Let just say I don't have the greatest things to say about and organization that slanders the name of companies and small businesses just on hear say, these reviews and complaints are not based on facts and there is not proof or evidence and there is little to no investigation to prove that whatever the person or persons are complaining about is even true at all. This allows just someone that didn't get there way or their ridiculous expectations were not met so this is their way to in their mind get back at the company that didn't give them their way is to file a complaint , who protects the business? So it seems to me if you pay these people to be in their club they some what protect you but if you don't then they let the public slander you. It's very juvinile if you ask me I give them an F.

I do not know if Dude Petty with National Plumbing...

I do not know if Dude Petty with National Plumbing is an accredited business through BBB but I do know he is very sloppy in his work. Petty was hired to change out the riser that hooks to the main sewer line in relation to my property. I specifically told him, do not dig in my yard since the riser is on the other side of the fence/my neighbor's backyard. Of course he ignored me, dug in my backyard and left a huge hole, broke ornamentals that were in my yard and tore up my Rose bushes. He also illegally put the Riser in without contacting the City of Edmond for their approval. To top it off, he charged me $2400.00 and a promise to come and fix the mess he made of my yard--have not seen him since. If in need of a plumber do not call National Plumbing or u will be sorry you did.

All I want to do is check on a BBB rating of one Oklahoma business. How to do this on line is very unclear and speaking to a real live person seems to be impossible. You need to get your ducks in a row. I'll keep trying, but I don't seem to have as much time as you people do.

this bbb is not responding to a complaint that I filed against legalshield. I have provided the information and have documents in the form of emails that I requested legalshield to cancel my plan per their policy which is at their website. I called and confirmed that the email was received but legalshield continued to debit my account of a monthly fee. when i contacted this org. to file a complain, I have not heard anything back from them regarding a status update of my complaint, which has been filed over a month ago. The person who is suppose to be handling my complaint by the name of Anna or her supervisor will not return my phone. call because they realize my complaint is legitimate and that legalshie;d really has no valid claim to as to why they continued to access my account to withdraw funds . I see that others have issued the same complaint against legal shield for the same practice but the bbb is now ignoring my complaint in support of legalshield because legalshield does not have a valid excuse or defense. so don't believe that this branch will help you, they will not if it does not serve legalshiled best interest. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH.

I have been trying to get an issue resolved with Permanent Make-up by Amanda Smith and recentley received an email from Sarah that the business hasnt respinded to my dispute and she was vlising the case. How does that happen?? Amanda owes me a refund for services not rendered and after all this, there is no way I'd let her put anything permanet on my face, nor would you if you were in the same situation. Its a 175.00 dollars that I cant fathom how she thinks shes entitled to keep my money when She has no intentions of rendering services. I sent an email asking for someone at BBB to explain this to me and i have not received a call. According to the steps arbitration was to be the next step. And i dont care how much she thinks i was being pushy, i was running out of time being in okc and was giving her options which she kept declining, i was even willing to stay an extra day, costing me more hotel $. Had she talked to me over the phone instead of on fb she'd of heard i was more then willing to work with her. I just drove 1300 miles from Florida she knew id be intown the later part of Jan. She never spoke to me verbally, she told my friend Shelia to relay messages to me. She told Sheila to tell me to drive to Ada and maybe she could work me in. I didnt have that kind of time for a maybe. I just want my 175 dollars back she literally owes me.
