I love the classes and I love the teachers. I specially love their Yin yoga classes. I felt in love with Yin so I decided to take their YIN Yoga Teacher Training, I definitely recommend them and all the classes at Quest Yoga. I love the spiritual vibe of the studio!

When I learned I was pregnant with my second child in July 2018, I was thrilled to come across Quest Yoga. There I was able to access fantastic prenatal yoga, postnatal mommy/baby yoga, childbirth education, and doula services all in one location. I experienced difficult back labor during my first pregnancy so when it came to this pregnancy, I was determined to do everything I could to avoid it.
Thanks to Kelly I was able to learn a variety of movements and stretches to help address my concerns. I m happy to say I had a smooth labor and delivery that was undoubtedly made easier by Quest.

Quest Yoga Arts is an incredible place to begin or expand your yoga practice. I feel supported by wonderful teachers who seamlessly blend the physical and sprirtual aspects of the practice. Kelly has created a truly welcoming and joyful space. She and the other teachers I have worked with (Jodi, Kristen, Adrienne and Shira) have encouraged me to think, stretch, and feel more deeply.
I love Quest--fantastic teachers and a real yoga community. Kelly and John have really contributed to Quest's already excellent staff of teachers and classes with new workshops as well as lots more continuing education for yoga teachers. Quest is my yoga and spiritual home!
