This firm has an office in Spokane WA. I have been witness to their efforts in Pinehurst, Idaho. The one property I have observed tells me the work is never done when it is promised. The contractor shows up hours after he ways he will and there is very little communication from the contractor to the listing agent. We have waited three days and a weekend now for word that repairs promised Thursday are completed. This is Tuesday morning and still no word. I rate this company and this contractor to be very much less than acceptable on performance and communication.

Their work is professional and they did it within 7 working days. Everyone else quoted 3-4 weeks. We didn't even feel like we were without a bathroom.

They called me to do work as a contractor after 60 days they still have not paid. If they call you wanting you to work for them avoid them at all cost, Or be prepared to wait well after there contracted 30-45 days for payment, terrible people to work for. Go to Glassdoor and read the employee reviews I wish I had.
