AMAZING festival! I really didn't know what to expect but my mind was blown. The attention to detail with everything, from the decorations to the events can't be beat. Looking forward to going again at the end of this year!

Started with watching a blacksmithing workshop, listened to three music performers and one acrobatic troupe finished with an ultra thin crust pizza I thought I was in Italy

Wonderful festival holders in an inspiring location
Definitely feels like home! Was my first experience for my son and I, and we loved it. We will be back each year now. Incredible experience, volunteers were amazing, campgrounds were awesome (even without hot water), so much entertainment options and the most beautiful community of souls.
The folk festival has something for literally everyone.
If you have never experienced Woodford Folk Fest, it is something that must be experienced in your lifetime.
Try to camp there, I will not go into the reasons, other than to say that without camping onsite, the experience will never be the same as for the campers.

This is so much more than a Folk Festival. It's a word music, theatrical arts festival of great diversity that welcomes all ages. Underneath all those good vibrations is a large sophisticated event that caters for a wide range of tastes. I'm looking forward to the next one.

A great way to kick back after the busy Xmas rush and enjoy local music, arts, science, culture and great company. Expensive by the day, and you need to plan to get the ticket value, but when you get it right it's so good.

First time we have been went for New Years Eve. The people were friendly and the preparation and organisation was fantastic, great stalls and music. Coaches from the car park worked none stop to transport people to and from the venue. Beautiful place - Happy 2019j
The best festival I have been to for a lot of everything. I haven't met anyone who didn't enjoy going there.
When the festival is on this place is amazing, just try it for a night at least, music, food, games, culture.
Book early folks as is cheaper than leaving it later unreal music food culture and more. We camped in tent city. Walk in out as you please. Music until around 2am across small and large venues. Market stalls and workshops of many kinds. Great for individuals or outgoing families was many young children around.

The best weekend money can buy! Get yourself a season camping pass and immerse yourself fully! If you can't find something at Woodford that's for you, you're crazy! A must go type of event
It is a great spectacular majestic event that restores my faith in humanity each year and changes the mind for the better.
Do yourself a favour and experience one of the most incredible festivals in the world. There is even a children's festival within and there is wheelchair access. These organizers have thought of everything and if not, they are more than willing to assist.
So much fun in the one place! Had a great day watching some awesome music and comedy. Had nice healthy foods Street theatre. Everything!
This event has really lifted its game. Lots to see and do and the food there was pretty good. Lots of parking... Well organised... Makes for a really good day out.

This is a bucket list moment. What an experience. Well staffed, plenty of volunteers, everywhere was clean, toilets well maintained. All ages young and old everyone was very pleasant. Beware very very hot
Long lines to get into music venues and long lines to get food and drink, over zealous security guards doing illegal searches, drug use is common and overlooked. Volunteers are overworked and mistreated
Woodfordia is a Heaven on Earth. You can spend a week in a festival with a beautiful people you have never seen before in your life. The quality of everything is so high that you want to live there forever. I can take the days I spent in Woodfordia off my age. The music is proper, the food is amazing and oh my God who are these people? Are they from another planet or what? I want to apply for Woodfordia citizenship!
