Found reception very polite and friendly. My room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.

2.5hours wait on meals only to have adults meals take longer as they forgot them. Racial verbal language used and objects thrown at my children by local football team. No appology from staff or anything. How disgusted we were

Sorry no photo of the food, it was pretty poor. I got the chicken schnitzel and hubby had the beef burger with extras, $21 for the schnitzel, that supposedly didn t come with gravy, and $21 for the burger which was $17 and $2 per extra. My schnitzel was way over cooked, burnt crumb taste and dry, also the
Schnitzel looked like a processed patty rather than breast fillet as what seems to be the norm now. The gravy was shocking, gluggy lumps. Hubby said the burger was average.

Wow, what a great meal. It was enough to feed two people. Had to take half of it home.

It owns restaurants and bars, and it s a chill night.
There is also BWS in it, which is convenient if you want to buy wine

Stayed in motel units so can't comment on the pub itself. However they have a restaurant and the beer was good. An added bonus was a BWS outlet in the carpark.
The motel unit was basic but clean. In view of the tariff it is good value.

Great food and great atmosphere. The chef there by the name of Stephen is amazing!

Felt as we where not locals we where treated poorly.. we where made to stand at the back bar for 10 min then when someone come out to surve they went straight to the locals we ended up leaving.The hotel we are staying in highly recommend the place for a meal. Sorry we wont go back

I didn t stay tonight but I ate and omg the food was beautiful and staff were amazing so polite and helpful I would recommend this hotel to everyone in the caravan park across the road and when I go home (tsv). excellent night thank you

Just woeful! Myself and my dad travelled across the East Coast of QLD stopping over every night at different hotels and this by far was the worst quality and worst value for money.

Where do I start?! There was a significantly sized gap underneath the door that could easily allow snakes to freely wonder in. This gave me great anxiety and kept me up sleepless all night. Now getting to the actual room, it smelt like mould and appeared poorly maintained. The bed was very itchy and I found myself in the morning with red itchy bites on my skin. The fridge and freezer both didn t work at all and left the food we placed in there off. We had to throw this all in the bin. There wasn t even a microwave in the room which honestly is as basic as it gets.

The rooms here are rundown, old and for the price point, are just a joke. We would ve gotten a better nights sleep had we camped in the back of my car.

slow internet. Foreigner staff is really sweet. Some in local staff (Bar Girls) have bad attitude.

Great atmosphere. Parmy night on Thursdays is a must.

I put $5 in the claw machine to get a football the machine does not even work I ask them for my money back and they didn't even care and they did nothing about the machine they left it there

Four of us, three ordered crumbed steak and the other orders chicken. All meals were well cooked and generous. Well priced.

Had a wedding reception here and it was stunning. I couldn't think of a better example of absolute service and quality food then the terrific team at the QB have provided.

Awesome relaxed pub. Bistro does great meals and the onion rings are divine.

Very small gaming room, had kinda a slow service feel to it and stashed away. I did not stay here but heard good things about the accommodation. Bar is nice and well prived drinks.

The staff and locals are friendly. We stayed in room 19 which was clean and nice. Appears to have been refurbished in a modern style. Dinner and drinks were great. The only things that I would have liked were: fly screens on the shower window and a lockable one on the glass door and perhaps a fan as we prefer not to use the aircon overnight. Be aware of the mozzies and remember to take Bushmans. The pool was okay but we arrived at 6pm so was a bit chilly to swim. Yes, the room was a bit musty and once aired out was fine. It's just part of the tropics so for those that bleat about it, build a bridge and get over it. The only things that didn't work were the lamps above the bed and the cold water tap was only a dribble. Shower was excellent. As a rather clumsy git, I managed to trip over the edge of the shower this morning. Fabulous stay and highly recommend this place. Relax and don't expect something similar to Versace. Thanks and we will definitely be back. Jen

Great food and awesome attitudes. The ladies do a fantastic job at the bars and meals are always to what is asked for. Can t ask for much more when it s a quick walk across to the beach.
