It is very important Judicial department, it should receive complaints directly from the effected persons.

Every time I call, someone picks up and mumbles something and then I get put on hold for a minimum of 15 - 25 minutes.
If I hang up and call back - same thing, time and time again.
To be honest, I'd never need to call if they translated the websites and didn't make it such a challenge to find everything.
FYI - All I needed was to check a file number.
