Well, we aren t coming back. we went a few times this summer. Expensive, horrible food but the kids loved the waterpark and the rides, My daughter had a special connection with a couple of the workers but mostly Stevie. I looked up quassy this AM to make sure it was still open bc they start school Tuesday and I wanted my daughter to be able to see Stevie again and we had talked about her being our babysitter through the fall- winter months. Her story breaks my heart, and I am so happy to see Stevie made so many other people s familes have a good time there bc the other workers were always miserable and cranky and disrespectful. We will never be returning, and Stevie please email us. If you remember who we are, my husband is the lawyer and wants to help you very badly. I want to know right now if quassy has made any attempt to call her since she s quit and tried to make this right before she has to involve a lawyer. More so, I want to know if Sarah was fired, I do know the manager she s speaking about because it s the one Stevie ran my daughter to- as we went to first aid when she scraped her knee and the manager didn t care one bit. She was rude, obnoxiously loud about it only being a scraped knee and Stevie shouldn t have left the ride (hot air balloons) even though there was someone there to operate it and my daughter WANTED and cried for Stevie to bring her over. That day I don t know how my kids managed it but they stayed on all the 3 rides on the lake and we had to drag them away but Stevie promised she would be there all day for them . You don t get good, I m sorry amazing customer service like that these days anywhere. Quassy, you made a big mistake keeping that manager instead of an amazing worker. Stevie we are so sorry for what happened, our offer is still out there for a babysitting position. This is my email, your phone number has changed so I m very happy you posted here. Quassy, you need to fire everyone and start fresh with people who actually want to work there and know how to treat children.
