If I could rate this company negative or below 0, ...

If I could rate this company negative or below 0, I would. The installer burned the back of my house and this company will only pay for one side of my house to be resided. The new siding will not match in color or style. This company said its up to me, the customer, to be financially responsible for the remaining 3 sides, if I want my siding to match!! I also would like to mention that upon speaking to Bob Modurski, "manager" regarding this. He yelled and swore at me on the phone because I didn't feel this company was being fair with their "gracious offer"!!

The worst customer service. Had an appointment scheduled for 8 to 11 didn t show up. They called me after the appointment to tell me they would come out 12 to 3. The guy was rude on the phone and felt like talking over me and interrupting me. These people are jerks. Don t do business with them. I m switching to Verizon.

Although I haven't been with QualTek for very long, my experience has been great! My coworkers are super sharp, always willing to help and we're doing big things in the telecom space. It's exciting to be part of the team
