been waiting for 2 hours for them to pick up the phone to direct my call. wished i had somewhere else to go. this is crazy. let's just see how long it is before they answer. 2/14 hrs of waiting to direct my call, only to be answered by a recording to leave my name and number. i'm not going to hold my breath. its Friday~
Horrible place. Called to set up and appointment and they put me on hold for an hr. Hung up and called again just to be put on hold again so i had to call a different QOL downtown to set up an appointment. When i showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment they put me in a room where i waited for an hour and a half and the doctor never came in to see me and then they closed.
I don t recommend ever coming here.
Had eye exam by Dr Michael Johnson. Then to pick out new glasses. After a month they called said I could pick up my glasses. Well they was not the one's I picked out. Who ever. They belong too was. A man they fell off my face I could not see. They was so bad. It was clear they give me someone else's glasses. Took them back same day. Well another month has gone they can't find my glasses. The poor guy that fits and orders the glasses was pitiful. Was as dumb as a box of rocks. That place should be shut down. It's a disgrace to human's. So poorly run.
So, the lady with short black curly hair outside in red scrubs told me, I can't bring our baby in when we have no one to watch him. On top of that laughed at me and told me to "figure it out." I can only assume what would happen if someone couldn't find child care. God forbid medical professionals actually acted professional and took care of sick patients. How places like this still exist is beyond me.
Really nice and caring people. They took really good care of me.
I like that this complex is always clean. The staff members are helpful and friendly.
Doctor Robinson was amazing and her dental assistant was the kindest person I ever met! Highly recommend!
