They came out to fix my HVAC unit less than 6 months ago. I asked if the whole unit should be replaced and whether they could check both heating and cooling while they were making repairs due to the complexity of accessing the unit. They said that their proposed fix should resolve the issue and leave the unit like new but now my unit is leaking again (cooling) and they say it is not of the warranty on the repair. Customer service is terrible as is their workmanship.
