Quality Inn Pawtucket-Providence RI Review

For a smoke-free building; my room lingered/smelled of smoke/tabacco. Also, found proof of that I the bathroom near complimentary guest toiletries.

Absolutely the worse place ever, terrible experience and I'm a Hilton honor members. I have stayed at many hotels but this was a nightmare, the staff was unorganized and nonchalant, it was loud and noisy, it smelled like smoke and weed everywhere. I had to change rooms three times..

I had a delivery to one of the rooms. It was around 5am when I arrived. I was able to find a parking space right by the entrance. They have 2 automated doors I had to be buzzed in before I could go through the 2nd set. The lobby looked nice and clean. The man working the desk acknowledged me even though he was with a customer. Everything is clearly marked so I was able to find the elevators without any problems. I made my delivery and I was back in my car pretty quick. The whole process took less than 10 minutes.

This hotel was clean enough but that's where the good ended. There was quite the group of unsavory characters staying there. Loud parties and yelling in the halls. Puke all over the stairs, why did I take the stairs you ask? Two fire alarms in 2 days in the early AM. Both false alarms but enough to ruin my nights. Drug deals and parties behind the hotel which unfortunately was right under my window. And when I complained I was told sorry email corporate.

Will, the employee at the front desk, was awesome. So helpful and informative. I can't say enough about him. Hotel is super clean and the entire experience was positive. I definitely recommend this hotel if staying in the area. Easy access to the highway, pleasant employees, extremely clean and well kept, not to mention the restaurant on site.. Great place!

Customer service is great. Plenty of parking. It's near the highway, but still pretty quiet. Room and bathroom was clean. It had a nice fresh smell when walking into the room and would have given 5 stars but the sliding bathroom/closet door was dirty on the backside. The front of the door is a mirror, but when used as the bathroom door, you see the back side. There were smudged finger prints on the door in a few different spots. Other than that, it was a nice size room. The hotel is connected to the restaurant next door and it has good food and drinks.

Three rooms later and still disgusted . Just needed somewhere to put our head down for the night ..first room wreaked of smoke .hallways smelled of fresh smoke ..hotel is supposed to be smoke free..second room had hair all over the bathroom shower walls .third room had red stains all over the carpet! Has any of these rooms been cleaned ..questionable !!Definitely a hell whole .don t waste your money unfortunately I did!

Convenient location off the major highway, many restaurants and close to the downtown. The room was clean but the hallways and elevators were dirty. Reasonably nice staff.

We are currently planning a wedding near this location with the majority of our guests traveling from outside of the immediate area, all needing rooms. Was in touch with group sales for accommodations in the summer. We have now left multiple voicemails and multiple emails trying to get back in touch with the gentleman in group sales. I spoke to him on the phone while he was covering the front desk yesterday and was told he would call me first thing this morning. I have tried multiple times today to get in contact with no reply.
Now we need to reprint wedding invitations and find another hotel.

I have stayed several times at the Hampton Inn in Pawtucket. I give a huge thank you for the staff! There was a huge surge this weekend in the amount of business. Let's state that there were no rooms available. I have the same room number if I can for every stay. Last night, even though there were some very rude guests the staff did everything they could to make the stay as supreme as they normally are. I will continue to stay at Hampton Inn. They are so worth the money.
