Quality Building Services (QBS) & Quality Protection Services (QPS) Review

Good for experience but not long term. Company policy and rules are not to my liking. Have black out dates for vacation request and pay is just minimum no medical. Managers have no communication with each other. Bad with uniforms also. Only come here I'd you need a job quick and keep looking. Overnights and evenings are best shifts.

My aunt worked for this company and was given false hopes. Told if she works well and doesn t take any days off she will pass probation and hopefully join the union. Fast forward she just made 5 months and was told thank you for your services we no longer need you. What type of company does this? All to avoid IRS.. we will be reporting them to the BBB I hope everyone can do the same. Know your rights.

Do not be fooled by the name of this company. "Quality" I don't think so, this is the most unprofessional company I have ever came in contact with. If you plan on doing business with QBS I suggest you check the reviews on this company thoroughly. They have lost many many buildings due to their unprofessionalism and illegal loop wholes.

As for those seeking employment, do not waist your time. You're better off going to your local union and asking for a list of maintenance companies currently hiring. This company promises its workers if they work hard they can become union. But it can "Take years" but until then they still charge you union dues with in your first month of employment. Which I was told is illegal, once you're charged union dues you should receive union benefits. They take advantage of their employees, especially immigrants or those who aren't aware of NY labor laws.
They also claim to use green products, LIES. They use generic cheap chemicals. Both harmful for the environment as well as their employees. QBS is full with racists, sexist, ignorant saw called "professionals" claiming to provide "Quality" cleaning.

Horrible horrible horrible. Worst company to work for. I would highly suggest never working for this company or doing business with them.

The WORST Company to work for... i quit my other job, as QBS gave me hopes to grow with them, and be somebody with them... they let me know on the second day of my job that i have only 1 WEEK to know everything... basically, i had only 4 days on my hand... while they hired me, on the interview i told Marjana that i dont have that much experience, and i need training.. and she agreed with it... after 4 days a guy named Tomas, who thinks in his little head that hes God, he fired me after 4 days of work i did there, just cause i didnt knew the name of some Chemicals they clean the floors... even though i told him i am taking notes and i have it everything on my book, and i need some more time to learn... without thinking twice, Tomas fired me on the 4th day of my job even though i pleased him to give me at least one more week !!!!! The WORST company to work for !!! Dont do the stuff i went through with them, now, thanks to them, i lost a good previous job, and a good payment, just cause i wanted to do something bigger and greater with QBS, and now they left me on the street !!!!

This company came to my building this year, so far it has been the worst of all company. They are abusive with their employees and have a very good connection with the unions, so they get many favors, specially with the sister of the QBS's CEO that works with the 32 BJ.

I m a current Qbs employee.I started in dispatch and quickly made it to a supervisor position. There is lots of room for growth in the company and the owner gives great lessons and guidance to succeed. It s a great place for hardworking and trustworthy people.

The President of the company Mirjana Mirjancic is extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not know how to speak to people and is truly the reason why the quality of the services is poor. I would not recommend for anyone to work for this company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

They have alot of great jobs available,, application on line with your resume. And Wahla.
They hiring for different positions...

Worst company in the USA.Owner is rude Do not bother to apply for any position. Waste of time.

I use to work for this company and they under pay you for one and they don t even allow you to take a meal break

Poor upper management. The office is a revolving door.

Bad Management, micro-management and the most that a new hire last is about one month regarding the culture in that office. I worked in there HQ Office on 2nd ave and 42nd Street. And the reason way I left is because I could not keep my personal cell near me. Which is crazy when I have a family.

This is the worst company to work for especially for professional window cleaners...if your reading this and are a window cleaner...RUN!!!! Do not waste your time. DO NOT give these people any of your talent!

Disgusting service. To avoid certain IRS entanglements they hire fire and re-hire employees on a 5 month Hampster wheel. Guess how they treat THOSE employees. Just call the IRS and ask for an audit instead of hiring QBS

What a headache we have from QBS. We hired them and they disciplined a worker in front of me. I will never forget how they made that man cry.
Anyway save your self time and just ask the IRS to audit you. They reported bigger invoices of ours to accommodate their write offs. The IRS went through our books because of them. QBS apologized and reassured they fired their accountant.

Are you kidding me??
