Slow like a snail. Doesn t matter you call in advance for refills, still have to wait for a long time. Even with just one or two customers there, be ready to wait for at least 20 minutes. Staff give no eye contact with customers. They don t come and ask how can I help when they see you, instead just standing behind the counter. I have been using this pharmacy for a long time, guess it s time to switch to another one.

Pharmacist is super helpful in both English and Chinese. They are super responsive over the phone and in person. Prices are more affordable than the usual retail pharmacies.

My first time coming here to get my prescription, the staff were all nice and attentive. Even though it was busy, I got my prescription in a timely manner. During covid times, It is good to see the staff members were all wearing masks and keeping the place clean. I would recommend coming here to get your prescriptions and other necessities as they have a large range of products to offer.

I have been coming here for many years and they have good service. Always answering the phone quickly and gets my family s medication ready. They also have notary public here so that makes my life much easier. It is like a one stop shop for all my needs.

Really helpful workers even though the store is often busy. I was surprised they can speak so many languages- english, cantonese, mandarin and vietnamese. Well rounded pharmacy, carries many different products and offers different services.
