(Almost) always a pleasure to deliver or load here. Unfortunately, the reality is that not all loads are drop/hook, some require being live-unloaded or live-loaded while the truck waits. But the people here in receiving and shipping are up-front about things, and usually bang-on with their ETA's for making things happen. Yeah, I've had to hang around a few hours on occasion, so I just make the best of it. Wander over to the bank and do some banking at the atm, choose from any of a small handful of restaurants/take-out's nearby. Grocery store up the street. Even a drug store that's open late if I need something, a mere snowball's throw from the front dock.
