My company is located in Oregon, and yet I had an issue found myself needing assistance from Quail Creek Bank in OKC. I can't say enough about how great the VP Jim was to work with. We were not even a customer of his bank, but were treated with such respect and great service that I had to find a small way to show my appreciation. Hope this review helps someone pick, at least from my experience, a really customer centered bank.
I will never forget my awesome experience at this location!! I came from Out of town, with no account with this branch and they were able to help me out and with no charge!! I accidentally left my ID at the branch too, and one of the workers came after work hours to deliver my ID to me ( I didn t have a car).. I was just so happy and thankful with the great customer service :)
We bought a second home in Galveston and trying to deal with lenders in Texas with little luck. One call to our business bank, Quail Creek and their Loan Officer Tyler Stroud and we were in business. Tyler provided us with the what we needed to get going and closed within four weeks. And QCB's rates were lower than in Texas! Awesome service and attention to detail!
Quail Creek Bank and their employees are committed to the community. They think outside the box to solve problems. They provide the books and materials for our high school financial literacy classes. They even come out and talk to our students. Very service oriented and just good, honest people!
I ve banked with them for quite some time. I want to say 6 years love them as a bank but I did go through them for my home loan. I did not enjoy my home buying experiance while pregnant at all. I closed on my house in March and I am still picking up the pieces as a new mom now it seems like . If you re looking for someone to buy a house through I 100% recommend going anywhere else. As a bank account I adore them

Even though I have resided to Dallas, this has been one of the best and personal experience. I regret that there isn't a bank like QCB in Dallas but I also don't mind since everything can be done remotely. John, Kenton, Michael, Susan, Tyler and the entire team has been very helpful and very responsive to any requests that are needed. They work every hard to give their customers the absolute best service and product. They have always made our families life so much easier. We have done commercial, estate and auto loans for the past 15 years. Also to the cashiers are amazing and also well staffed. Always a personnel picking up the phone and no automated junk most banks put you through. Thank you so much QCB!!!
I have recently gone back to school so I'm basically scrapping buy and someone broke into my car and stole my wallet and ran up charges on it . These people were so nice and helpful most banks would right me off and see my as a dollar sign but they truly took the time to care and help me it means the world to me. Evidently Mr. Davenport doesn't understand how to or refuses to wear a mask correctly as recently displayed in the banks latest TV commercials. Stupid is stupid does.
They say that quails have the best creeks, but what they don't mention is the lack of a secure way to stash money along these creeks created by quails. Quail Creek Bank changes the game with their incredible "do-it-at-home" meathods of banking. When I walked into the lobby with my hard earned savings of $25.36 in cash, the person at the service booth threw her hot coffee at me and called me racial slurs. Safe to say I will be returning here for my financial and interpersonal needs in the future. Thanks Quail Creek Bank!
I had been with another bank in OKC for 18 years and finally got tired of all the excessive charges. My plan was to shop around for a new bank, but one call to QC Bank was all I needed. They are the best. If I ever need to ask someone a question, I can call or e-mail and know that I will get a response right away. During Covid, the drive thru has been convienent, and if I ever did need to do something in the lobby, I can make an appointment, no problem. They do not charge excessinve fees on everything. It is very much a neighborhood bank. We would highly reccomend!
