My experience with Qua Qua is absolutely positive. I found clothes, accessories, both new and used toys selected with care and attention. Valid quality / price ratio. I know I am quite demanding and I found an adequate response both in the material available in the shop and in the helpful and very kind owner. For this reason, after having been there a first time for different reasons, I come back with enthusiasm even though I live fairly far away!

We have been attending this shop for about 3 years because both in the sale and in the purchase of used clothes we have found quality and courtesy.

I had to put a star to be able to review but it's not worth half. Badly organized and uncompetitive shop. In light of this we decide to take back the products to bring them from other decidedly more valid competitors, nothing one is not found and is not sold and obviously the lady has no idea where she is and has no time to look, ok we were wrong to do not stay and demand a refund .... we return after some time and he tells us that he sold it and that he paid us for it
... we ask for the invoice which is not available ... it is not for the amount but for the principle. Badly managed, very inept staff in the sector and very, very rude, we were told that we do not understand anything, that perhaps it is the opposite, always closed and not respected hours ... bad experience and bad people.
