IF YOU ARE A VENDOR DO NOT DO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! THEY SUBTRACT A FEE FROM WHAT THEY OWE YOU WITHOUT TELLING YOU! IT IS MOST LIKELY IN THE FINE PRINT!

My father-in-law did some Emergency work for break ins costing over $30,000 and they ve yet to pay him. They ve promised to make partial payments and they re failing to do so. On top of that they re weeks behind on paying him for regular work. I wish there was some accountability on their end. I m shaking my head reading these terrible ratings from the poor people they ve also taken advantage of because it s unfortunately true. They re the most unethical company to work for.

We have been working with QSI for over 3 years now and the experience has been great. We receive support when we need it. They keep us busy with work and staff are great to deal with.

I have worked with QSI for about 5 years now. They have always been a pleasure to work with. Tanja, Crystal and Mike are fantastic! Thank you guys for all the business that you have brought our way. We truly appreciate everything. Highly recommend! :)

We have tried to collect on two outstanding invoices since December and finally received an automated email response today. When we booked these jobs we were told we would be paid that day via credit card. My contact never answered or called me back to pay. I finally contacted QSI through their website where the automated response was sent to me. from reading these reviews it seems that they are not reliable on their end and do not like to pay their bills. I would not recommend using this company unless you have a way to run payment immediately after service as i was promised following the service we performed.

Great company to work for as a vendor. Their web portal is easy to use and you always get paid on time.

I have been with Qsi for 3 years now, they started sending me a few work orders in the beginning as i completed these work orders on time i started getting more and more from them, 3 years later i am being kept very busy by this company alone. I am paid on time and even helped out with bigger projects with some money up front to start the project. The staff i deal with on a daily basis is great to work with and very understanding if i am running late with work orders. Thank you Qsi!!! Keep the work coming please!

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. SUCKS MONEY FROM YOUR FINAL INVOICE. Try to get your money back and get the run around. Good luck dealing with a shady business. Willfully ignores telling you fees and facts when getting your bid. Will consider reversing my review if you pay us the $422.70 you owe on invoice #1117.

I have worked with QSI for several years and they are truly a great business partner. Their project managers are a pleasure to deal with and very responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to both clients and vendors.

Best facilities maintenance company ever. I don't often deal with their project management group but I do often speak to the billing department and several of the girls that work there. They absolutely are the best and I wouldn't recommend anyone else for all of your facilities maintenance needs.
