Had a issue with our printer picking up ink from our letterhead QPL supplied. The owner was out the same day (voting day) and he did not stop until he solved our issues. This is why i value using small business instead of internet "software" companies. We will be ordering from them in the future without hesitation. As a small business myself I would do the same thing and I hope other see the value in small local businesses.

I've been a customer of QPL since 2001 and I will use no one else! They ALWAYS get the job done and have helped me immensely get BIG projects out without a hitch. I have huge mailings that I send to them to do - they print, fold, stuff and mail THOUSANDS of letters, saving me DAYS of work. They are experts in getting things done at the last minute. The staff at QPL are always reliable and friendly and very talented and I recommend them highly.
