Business model is an MLM. Sketchy and borderline scam.

The products have changed my life, literally. I do now sell them but this company has taken off like a rocket, which has caused some serious growing pains. I don t believe anyone expected the sudden and amazing success. Unfortunately, as with any company, the growing pains and transition necessary to pick up the pace is going to make some people mad and frustrated. I get it, I really do BUT I believe in these products enough to do whatever needs to be done to make folks happy and satisfied.

I must say this products have changed me and my family's life in many ways. I have more energy and less pain. I feel more focused. I can not wait to try the new products coming. I will admit the growing pains have been tough but I also look at it that these products are so awesome that it was hard for them to keep up with the 800% growth over the last 18 months. I do know Q has the best products with so much Science behind each one. They use the best ingredients and won't settle for less. I personally will continue to use these products. They are definitely in a much better position now. I hope some of you who had a bad experience will take another look because you will be amazed.

charged my personal CC for $656.40. Reversed the next day. Have no idea how they got my CC info. Have never ordered anything from here in my life. Charge was at least reversed, but had to change all of my accounts and get a new CC because of it. Something fraudulent is going on here. Have tried calling about it to find out more, but am always just put on hold indefinitely.

Love this company, the products are amazing and the people are amazing. Just had my one year anniversary and it has been a blast.

Ugh. The Fuse hemp oils taste horrible. Cinnamon tastes like Fireball. Mocha is a little better. How is this even selling?

Was charged a membership fee that I did not want. Called their number everyday for a week and NOONE answers their phones. I had to file a complaint with my bank and get a whole new debit card. This place is the worst

I always have problems getting through to someone in costumer service. It takes me days to talk to someone and when I call I'm on hold for more than 30 min. Shipping is a big mess I never get my things on time or the things I order. I have asked for a refund on an item i ordered since October that I never got and still have not received that refund.

everything about this company is horrable. Say away at all costs. I also belive my credit card was compermised due to this company as well.

An acquaintance was so excited about her new venture that I figured the product must be great. The rashes on my skin would say otherwise but hemp has to be really clean or it s detrimental. I Should have known better simply by the way she was pushing the business and not anything about the products.

They are scammers be carful. Paid for products and never got them as they said in 9 days and they charged us for second month without getting and products. After contacting them they said they going to cancel orders and will give us a refund back within 2 to 5 business days and they never send the refund. We had to dispute transaction with our bank in order to get the money back, and is temporarily dispute that will take up to 90 days. Do not buy from them.

The B12 & sleep spray are amazing! Can t wait to try more products

The hemp line is great. I think this company is growing really quickly and a lot of these reviews reflect the backorder issues that happened a year ago. Customer service has been great for me! Small company is going to have some growing pains! Which I am happy to work with to have such great products

This is a response to the nay-sayers. I consider myself a health nut. I will gladly research gut health on a Friday night and be over joyed. I learned of these products from a trusted friend and mom after her seeing major changes in her son who struggled with behavior, self regulation, focus, etc. So curious, I wanted to do my own research and so I ordered the Q Core package to see for myself. I will testify, that after a couple days my sciatica pain had drastically diminished. I'm a Realtor and spend a ton of time driving which has been rough on my body. I could barely drive the kids to school without having to joist my fist under my hamstring to try and relieve some the searing nerve pain. So I am overjoyed and frankly shocked at the noticeable difference so soon. Also my little boy has been taking Q max and I've noticed sharper speech and steadier, happier mood throughout the week. I'm stoked to try the hemp oil next and have a good feeling about this company and the products.

I like Qsciences products but at one point I waited well over a month for my hemp oil. For the price of the product I would expect things to be delivered quicker, I wanted to sell products for Qsciences but the fact that it takes so long to receive them considering how expensive they are is not acceptable, and I believe this would reflect on me from a business stand point. This was well before COVID when I waited so long for my product last time. In two days it will be two weeks since I have ordered my products and still have yet to receive a confirmation e-mail on shipping, this order is over $200. I am not impressed with this company's service.

Tried this company and regret every moment. I thought the vitamin sprays were a cool concept but after receiving my products I broke out in horrible hives for a week (I've never been allergic to anything). Decided to return for obvious reasons. Took a MONTH of emailing back and forth, being asked ridiculous questions to even get my return info. I now have waited another month after they received my return to get my refund. And it's $22 short. At one point, the rep told me their returns were SO HIGH, they were backlogged on processing. Not a good company. Too many good hemp companies out there to waste your time with this one.

What an amazing Company!!! My daughter who has a heart issue, has a really hard time sleeping. Most sleep gummies or medications give her horrible Night Terrors. As a mom it's so hard to see your baby struggle. So, I gave Q sleep Spray a try. WOW - my daughter is sleeping, not waking up, no night terrors, and wakes up in a great mood.

Once it started working on my kids, I tried the Fuse. I had always used CBD from a well known company, and thought that my other CBD was really good. I used Fuse and I was SHOOK, this CBD REALLY works, it is amazing and I feel it working in a matter of minutes.

After this, I decided to join the business. I read up, did my research. I was nervous at first because I had read some bad reviews, but most of them were from way before the company was restructured. What is awesome is, the company took the complaints and concerns from people from the beginning stages and made the company better. Now, as a mom of 4 and teacher in the public schools, I can truly say that this company has forever changed my life. I am now making more than my take home teacher pay, and I am now able to put more towards my students and build a legacy.

The sleep spray has been a miracle for my child with severe insomnia issues. We ve tried every medicine and oil but this has been the only one that s worked.

I ve been using these products for about 4 months now, and I LOVE the hemp oil. I have a mental health background, and I am so happy that this company has a huge focus on mental health. Every start up company has aches and growing pains, q sciences were made aware and fixed the issues. I mean personally someone who suffers with anxiety and depression, I ll still order the products because they are helping me in those areas.

This company is phenomenal to say the least. I will say, they are experiencing some growing pains at the moment due to a CRAZY amount of success...but this company is full of honest, knowledgeable and hard working individuals and those are the type of people I like to do business with!!

If you cannot fulfill an order don't charge my card. Better yet dont advertise the products you cant get to your customers. Half the order does me no good and taking the product for a month, skipping a month, taking the next etc... really doesn't help. Also, customer communication is key. No one answers the phone, no one responds to online chat either. Product may be good but who knows?

QSciences and there products are extremely special. Have helped me a lot.

I am writing to speak of the negative experience with this company.

I interviewed with them over three weeks ago for a management position. I took time out of my day to arrive early, meet, and interview.

I sent two follow up emails asking for an update after hearing nothing back. Then I left a message for the manager , named Bronte, asking for a response. Again, nothing. A month passed and still heard nothing. So, I was ghosted .

I finally lodged a complaint and got a email response back saying what I expected. They gave the job to someone else. That is fine. I have NO problem with that. What I have a problem with is the complete lack of human decency this company exhibits. When I confronted Bronte on the issue of being ghosted and how that kind of behavior turns away people as being customers, the only response I got was, I m sorry you feel that way.

I find it amazing that someone like Bronte can be a manager of customer experience. As someone like myself who has 17 years of customer service experience, hosts a customer service podcast, and has written 2 bestselling books on customer service, I am shocked this kind of phrasing would be used. When you say sorry you feel that way , what your really saying is I am not a human being and that what I experienced by your company never happened. You are saying I made it up and it is false, because it is just a feeling, after all. Instead of taking responsibility and apologize for the unacceptable conduct, you place the blame on me and tell me it never happened in the first place.

This has NOTHING to do with me not getting a job there. Based on this treatment and your negative ratings, it sounds like a place I would never want to work anyways. What this IS about is your un professional behavior and lack of care for people. So I will be sure to NEVER seven consider buying your products or recommending you to my friends and family. I am shocked that a company supposedly dedicated to improving people would be so callous and uncaring during a pandemic.

I have used these products for years. My feet were numb due to the MTHFR Gene's and now they aren't. I'm so grateful for QMax! And the other excellent products.

I did not enjoy my time with Q Sciences. The Ambassador who got me involved Catie Grace Bristow, took advantage of me. She did not help me get on my feet and was always trying to get more money out of me even though I told her the reason I joined q was to save money. There was even one point where she tried to trick me into buying something by telling me it was "free" When in reality I had to BUY it first and then IF I SOLD IT I would get my money back!! That is not the same thing as FREE. be careful with this company.

Terrible products. Most recently received a bad bag of Q Focus that does not dissolve in water, leaving it grainy to the taste. They refuse to refund or replace it. This company will not last long, very poor customer service. Be very careful doing business with them, I don't see them making it more than another year.

I ve ordered several times. Never received my orders in less than two months.
Inconsistent with product availability so I would have for one month supply and be without for next two months before I get my next shipment which I paid for months ago.

I started using the Q Core vitamins about 3 weeks ago. I could feel a big difference in my energy level within 2 days. I usually can only feel a difference if I go from using a mediocre vitamin to a good quality vitamin...so I am super excited to have found these vitamins. I also love that they are capsules and easy to swallow. I don't like to take vitamins that are hard to swallow or taste strong, so I am thrilled that these aren't like that!

Very disappointed to have ordered and not to receive the product. As of Feb 1st. Feb 21st received auto shipment and ended up sending it back cause I still not received my original order. Then again on 3.21st auto ship came out after I cancelled it now I have cancelled my debit card and filled a dispute through my bank very frustrating.

I have been using Qsciences hemp oil(aka cbd oil) for a few months. I am extremely happy with their product. They use some patented delivery method that allows the body to absorb over 80% of the cbd into your system instead of less than 10% from regular cbd/hemp oil. I have seen such a huge change in my own health and energy levels. I wake up refreshed. My memory is noticeably better. I have let a few friends try it and they have started to order the oil as well. We love Qsciences Hemp/CBD Oil! We cannot reccomend this product highly enough. So many health benefits that they are to many to name.

These products are effectively useless, and literally an opportunity for you to waste money like water.

This skincare line I ve been testing has changed my face for the better. It s incredible. First anti blue light. The women I ve worked with from q have been absolutely helpful and motivating. My only issues: marketing and back end development of q affiliated sites. I ve offered to help as I m a developer and branding/marketing maven. No one has contacted me.

Be careful with this company, my firm Interform did a lot of work for them and they wont pay, we are having to have our attorneys sue them for collection. Funny thing is a week ago we have several communications from them saying they would pay us for the work we provided. Go figure.

Been on hold for the past 20 minutes trying to speak with someone.

I joined through an acquaintance and what an awful experience. Went a month without seeing my order so I started complaining. Kept hearing that it's coming it's coming. I emailed the company to find out what was going on and that's when I found out that they're not even allowed to possess enough CBD to fill their orders!!! Are you kidding me? I told them if I didn't have my order in 2 days I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back. This is when it gets good. I started getting messages from my friends ambassador telling me to be patient and to give it a chance. She even offered to send me a bottle at no cost so I could see what all the rage was. She was actually very helpful, unfortunately the company she represents is incompetent. I received the bottle that the ambassador sent me, (I cancelled my original order. I told them I'd try it, and if I liked it, I'd give them another shot). The seemed to work (but what do I know) so I told the ambassador that once I get my money back, I'll try the auto ship again. In the meantime, my original order showed up! 2 weeks after I cancelled! Granted I still haven't received my money back yet so it wasn't free. They kept telling me that MY bank had the check and was holding it for some reason. 2 months later I get a letter from q and it was my refund from almost 3 months ago! My bank never had anything! They lied the whole time to me. Needless to say I am through with these people. I did manage to get 2 bottles for free so at least it was worth it in the end. But it sounds like most people aren't as lucky. This is a total scam. And either the people hawking this stuff are in on it, or they're to dumb to realize that they're pawns that the higher-ups in the company are using to do their dirty work. It's as blatant a pyramid scheme as can be. Stay away. You've been warned.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. My orders are almost always wrong and they keep billing me for things I did not order or auto ships I have cancelled. I stopped selling for them and buying from them and they are still billing my cards. There products are overpriced and are usually on back order.

I ordered my products and they arrived just 3 days later. I was impressed that they made it just about as quick as my amazon packages always do. I ordered for Q Focus and it taste very good and wasn't to sweet. It actually feels as healthy as the label says it is.

I have not purchased, and won't due to all of the negative reviews. It seems the positive reviews have all been posted by folks selling the product. But i do not see one satisfied customer! Thank you to all of the customers who took the time to share your experience! And what else did i notice? Not a single response/apology from a company representative! They really need a social media team to do damage control!

Update to previously written review. First initial order has been fulfilled. Still no successful contact madr with customer service regarding my cancellation and refund.

Hold times are absurdly long. I placed an order about 7 weeks ago and still have not received the entirety of my order. Called and spoke with Ashley onb12/20 for follow up on missing items, she had no estimated date as to when the rest of the order would be in stock and expedited. I also asked to cancel my autoship as it was also brought to my attention that the help oils would continue to be on backorder and my items wouldn't ship 3-4 weeks out. These products are not cheap and I expect quality customer service and answers when I'm spending nearly 200 dollars a month. I did not receive a confirmation email confirming my autoship cancellation and it has been 3 weeks since and I have yet to be refunded as promised by Ashley. This is not a proper way to do business. I will attempt to call again tomorrow morning or Monday hopefully I won't be on hold for another 20 to 25 minutes. Extremely disappointed in the lack of follow up, knowledge and customer care.

If I could give this company a ZERO, I would have! They are very unprofessional and their Q-Focus Energy gave me mouth sores! I asked for a refund or even a store credit to try something else and had to email 3 different personnel for over a week in order for someone to respond and tell me that I can't get my money back or an account credit since it was few days past the 30 day!! Your money back guaranteed is a SCAM! They will not respond to your email until it's after the due date so they don't have to refund you anything! I will never buy anything or recommend this company to anyone since their products did nothing for me but give me mouth sores!!

They have your join up fee for a kit i could sell on the black market for 5 bucks. 5 dollars worth of product for the wonderful price of 79.95. Then you get to go on facebook to find out what you are to do next. REALLY. I was hoping to help my husband who is major pain but I see I will look for another avenue. the products work But it is not worth the the absolute turmoil it takes to get the STINKIN PRODUCT!!!!!!!

I have had great results with my Qfuse hemp oil product that I ordered
I see a lot of negative reviews but I have not had a bad experience yet other than a 30 minute wait for customer services but once they picked up they were very professional and helpful
I have tried too many cbd/hemp products to count over the last couple years and unfortunately 99 percent of them were not what they had claimed and had very little positive results

Return policy awful make rules up as they go,.Autoship continued even after I cancelled it, customer service takes forever,products sent that I never ordered, nothing but a huge hassle to try and recoup my losses, I certainly will not be raving about this company in the future, nor sharing about their products, to remain sane and not broke, steer clear of this company.

These products are top quality and quite literally changing my life. I feel so much mental clarity and sharpness and they help diminish my pain exponentially. I am in chronic pain and have memory issues related to a coma I was in several years ago.

Terrible, dishonest company. They sent my auto ship to the wrong address for 5 months but still charged my cc and they refuse to refund me for the product I never received. They said it is my responsibility to go to the address they sent it to and see if the people that live there still have the product. Unbelievable!
