I used to love coming here because of the kudos they give first responders and teachers but now since covid it is so hard to get a table the wait is over an hour it is just better to go bowling.

First time here. To be honest I was expecting a smokey loud ego factory, with a fight waiting to happen. Turns out I got exactly the opposite. This is a premium first date spot in the Hampton Roads/Virginia Beach area. Great food options, I met Thomas the manager that knows the importance of customer service in a locally owned business, Hannah that is attentive, friendly and moves with a purpose. DJ is at the ready to back up his employees and of course the billiards are great. COVID Compliant, the pool cues are sanitized after each use. Tables are spaced. I needed some social interaction and this is the spot. Come support local for a good time out.

Emily was our waitress and she was the best... My companion and I are together combined of 40years Navy and we are VERY happy Emily was our waitress... My first time here and I couldn't asked for a better host..

A absolute classic in the world of Billiards! Home to the first US open! 75 tables, a mix of Diamond, Valley, and Brunswick. All felted in very fast Simmons tournament cloth. Very helpful staff always checking up on you for anything you might need. Extremely reasonable rates, 10 dollars for the day as long as you stay in the building. Little odd that you don't get refills unless you get the large soda..

Q masters has done an incredible job of setting up a socially distanced way to have fun and socialize! I haven t felt as comfortable/ able to go out and be safe in months. They checked out temperatures at the door. All patrons wear masks while playing and the tables are staggered to ensure distancing. Hosts and wait staff are respectful and wear masks properly. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to go out and stay safe!

I absolutely love this place! I ve traveled quite a bit and have yet to find a billiard hall like Q Master. I love being back here so I can frequent this place, again. They have a great system with COVID and social distancing in mind. Plenty of tables in multiple rooms. Plus, Fridays and Saturdays are ladies days?! $5 to play as much as I want until closing. Amazing! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing night here with my friends! If you're looking for a chill as well as a fun family night come here you wont be disappointed:) i will also tell you the waitress we had was awesome! She was extremely attentive and friendly. Even when she was struggling with her glasses she always made sure we were taken care of! Would highly recommend this place!!

Not just a place for the masters, Q-Masters is a smooth a rythmic experience filled with chimes of laughter and clacking balls. A relaxed atmosphere but yet somehow ethereal, time seems to go by slow in Q-Masters. The food is delicious, you pay once and play all night, it's a place everyone can enjoy. A local legend, you won't be disappointed with your trip to this place, unless you suck at pool. (Just kidding)

Great place! So much bigger than any other pool place I've to around here. Great food.
