Kogan has lost business because of this delivery "service". I have never dealt with such an inflexible delivery service who seems not interested in actually delivering the goods.
Most service providers will give you an option of, at very least, a day of delivery. Not this group. You are told the day in advance and then expected to lose a day's wage to wait around because they can't tell you a time. Contacting their office was no help. Nor can they tell you when a delivery truck will be in your area again so it's difficult to organise a redelivery. Why not drive two hours to collect it at their depot under the threat of losing your money?
I would not by products from anybody using this service. Look elsewhere.
No Stars!! So angry right now! Bought dishwasher via Kogan - QLS Logistics is delivery contractor. Received message from them to say delivery Wednesday - with no time frame in the message of when need to reply back that all good to go. Had to speak to partner to ensure he was going to be home that day (we both work full time) and now told that not going to be delivered because I didn't reply in time!! And to add insult to injury so vague in their reply of when would be delivered! Poor customer service and Kogan should be looking at the reviews for this company and work out that unless they have great follow through, people are going to move away from using them.
Took a day off work to wait for a delivery on second attempt. No call, no knock on the door, but a note in the mailbox saying sorry we missed you.

driver calls asking for delivery with 1 hours notice then told if i did not get back it was going back to Brisbane. I had given the address and people were both at home and at the work address given. So 2 addresses with people on loacation. I have to wait around for 10hours to fit in wiht the driverand they wont wait for me. I work as many others do and was busy for the 2 hours around botht the original call and the second threat. LAst i have heard of my order???? OH look today another delivery notice with no deatils except the day. Get the driver to call with an expected delivery time at least sevral hours before not 1 hour and then a threat. Called the driver back late expecting an answering or message bank and get the driver abusing me for calling late in the evening. Im sorry he answered.
If I can put double zero star, I would do it! Absolutely appalling service. Tried to reschedule another delivery date as apparently we missed the delivery yesterday. We were home all day yesterday and we were told that driver won't knock the door. What do you want us to expect. Look at the driveway all day hoping for the driver to turn up? What a joke! Poor customer service....she told me to come home after an hour of driver's text to ensure someone's home. What about if you're working hours away from home? I told her to just leave the product at the door....."No we don't do that". I could not believe Kogan would deal with this unreliable company. Paid for $200+ delivery fee which is outrageous. We have contacted Kogan that unless they changed their delivery partner, we won't deal with them again!
Paid for premium kogan delivery for a washing machine.
Premium delivery is take away old appliance and packaging of new appliance.
Driver advised me 20mins prior to delivery that due to covid he cannot enter the house.

Paid for a delivery of new appliance and removal of old appliance service. Wouldn t remove the old product because apparently it was outside their service. Became aggressive when I said I didn t want to sign to say they d removed the old appliance (because they hadn t) & the drivers then wanted to take MY goods that I purchased back away with them. As I said to the guys I ll sign the slip so long as it is amended to be an accurate reflection, but they wanted me to sign to say they d removed it. Unbelievable. Going through kogan by whom they are contractors for to try to get a refund for the service.
Poor communication. Have to respond to text messages. Delivered at a time I said I wont be home. Won't even try and coordinate delivery that suits both parties.
