I recently joined the Q-Centrix team, and have nothing but positive things to say about them. The on-boarding process is seamless and structured. My Team Lead, Abby, and Manager, Kari keep me well informed of our operations and any upcoming projects. Everyone that I have come into contact with has been extremely welcoming and professional. Let go out of the blue after being a part-time abstractor for 6 months. Literally had a 1 minute 48 second call from my manager that said we are letting you go. They sent me a generic letter that had someone else's name on it which makes me think it was a mass exodus of part-time employees. I emailed the CEO and VP and never got a response. Be careful working for a company that will dismiss employees like this without any explanation.

I have worked part time for Q-Centrix for 7 years as an abstractor. They cannot guarantee full time pay so I never made the switch to work full time for them. They pay by the case. My accuracy has always been consistently above average. Out of nowhere they let me go. My team leaders had no idea why this happened and were never told of this plan. They were upset that they were not consulted first and never had a say in any decision making. I went above and beyond my job description. Upper management communication needs improvement. Be very careful who you can trust at Q-Centrix.
