Horrible customer services!

I was called customer service, the gal that answered the phone was helping me, placed me on hold for a long time, finally answered, then asked again how can she help me. She didn't realize that she was already helping me.

I was transferred to a supervisor "Sandra" who was very rude and straight forward. Not friendly at all. She seemed upset/bothered that she had to help me. She tried to convince me to do something that I didn't want to do. In the end I got my way, but she spoke in a very sarcastic matter why providing me the information I needed.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Lazy fat women working there with a whole lot of attitude and zero customer care. You do what they say no matter what. Why people who hate serve the customer get into this kind of work. They should be working at county jail as guards

The company are crooks. Even if I don't use water they charge me $60 service fee. My bill is always super high because of that service charge. It's disgusting how companys rob hard working people.

Worst customer service, no courtesy, barely understand them and NOT HELPFUL whatsoever. Mainly get attitude from them, starting with the elderly receptionist to the office staff who has no customer service skills set.

Very professional customer service and hard working guys out in the field. I have been a customer for 15 years living in El Monte and they always take care of any issues or complaints I have. Keep it up!!!

The customer service couldve been much much better....Besides that no complaints.

Closed 2 min before 5. Rates are higher then average. Then if you want to make an online payment $2.50 Service Fee.....What a screwy Water Company!!!!

I actually got a hold of a person edward, after 10pm on thursday night to report a water leak. He was very kind and helpful. since i have never call before, he represented the water company well which i am very grateful for provide us with water. its an important resource that many doesnt think about what it takes to get ground water and treat it to have safe water out of our faucets.

They deserve a five star but because of one customer service rep. I am giving them one star. Her attitude and tone of her voice made me want to spit at her.
