The customer service is very friendly, helpful, and to the point. If you don't understand something just come in or call and I feel like they care. I am handicap and every thing is accessible. Give em a try I have them going on 4 years now. Love it

After trying to apply with several lenders for a PPP loan, Eric and PyraMax came through! He provided excellent customer service including helping me resolve issues I had with the other lenders. After the loan was processed and ready to fund, Jennifer from our local branch helped me setup a new account seamlessly - even though we had to do everything over the phone and by email due to the virus. Pyramax processed this loan within a matter of WEEKS after I struggled with other lenders for MONTHS! I cannot explain how much of a stress relief it was! I'm now a new customer but I plan to be there for a long time!
