Staffs are well trained . I always had a great experience there especially with the after sales team . I appreciate their efforts for on time delivery and staff behaviour .

But in terms of amenities its high time for a renovation . I hope they will renovate the showroom soon.

Such a BAD customer service, I have initially booked a vehicle and later cancelled with all the required documentation, Now its almost 2 months and i'm still following up to get back my money. Nabil (ASM)@ PVS Ford Meenchanda branch is pathetically bad at customer service and had no interest in following up even after regular calls from me. I would request Ford to kindly look into the matter. As a customer I would never recommend PVS Ford Meenchanda branch for any business

You need to order parts earlier. Otherwise the parts won't be available

Unnecessary and excess charges. They will tell you an estimate amount and will call you the next day only to double the estimate. When you tell them its unreasonable they will tell you that the work has already been done without taking your permission.

The spare part is that you want to get close to the people who are working on the job .spare parts too.

Average Quality Of Service and Customer Care . Ford Needs a better Service Center in town than this . Will recommend not to use this service center if you have better ones available . The cordination of whole team is below average

So far so good.. service cost is th cheapest in India fr ford .and these guys offers .best service possible . Only negative being sometimes certain parts won't b in stock fr freestyle.but that can b ignored.since they arrange it as early as possible. Thats not a big deal since this company provides well build safe cars unlike Maruti...

Vehicle lovers, please never visit this place to get ur vehicle serviced. An outside mechanic will provide better quality of work.

Respected sir I purchased a new brand Ecosport from Palakkad Show Room before you reducing the price when I come across the news of reducing the price I am totally shocked.I purchased the vehicle with a huge amount of loan .As far I concerned around 850000 reduced on my vehicle .Is there any possibility of benefit for me .

They don t respond to customer enquiries in a positive way. My experience is only through on line.

If any of ur car met with accident and if there is any way..by which ur amount is getting transferd to service centre from surveyor/insurance parties..to your account..please opt out..

Coz in this technologically advanced banking world..PVS is still opting to send fund via cheque..which need to be signed by their MD, who will be on leave most of the time..

In short they will hold ur fund minimum for 5-6 daysw needed to be credited within maximum one hr saying.."MD is on leave..no one else to sign..the cheque.."
