Putnam General is really improving. I ve had very professional interactions for a sleep study, MRI s, XRays, etc. I highly recommend Putnam General for your health care needs! The team there is very caring and professional.
The male nurse Thomas was very compassionate! This makes all the difference in facilities! I ve never felt like my loved ones were in good hands prior to this experience with him. He was amazing! Thank you soooo much!
I ve been there for MRIs, for stress tests, and to the ER one time. Each time everyone was professional and efficient. I cannot imagine having their jobs and all they must put up with, but I appreciate what they do. The community needs them and needs them to be successful.
This is really an ER experience. The nurses and doctors were great, they treated my pain without pumping me full of narcotics just to send me on my way, the doctor actually checked in on me and didn't treat me like a complete inconvenience and was very thorough! The staff was amazing and took very good care of me and actually took me seriously. They really helped me alot until I could get back to my primary doctor. Big thank you to the staff that was there and helped me.
Rather die on the way to a good hospital than be treated by these goofs again total incompetence and they double bill you for everything now if i go i will not pay anything after the first bill upfront its not my fault you can't get your stuff together!!!!
Worst Emergency room I have ever been to I was literally told I'm the only one here in the er at the moment I've been waiting for two hrs with no results or at least pain meds no tylenol or ibuprofen nothing still just sitting here had to yell for someone because there's no nurse call button I been to packed er rooms who gave faster better service then this hospital I only rated 1 star but in my book I wouldn't have gave them no stars

Horrible. This ER doctor clearly did not read my child's report before he even came in the room. He is doing the bare minimum to assess the well being of my kid. He's not talking to me or my kid. When I asked him what flu test the lab is using he looked and me and said he wouldn't know. That's BS in itself. How are you going to tell me that??? I'm very knowledgeable about the goings on in a hospital and how they function and he just blew me off like I didn't know what I was talking about. This "hospital" is a joke. His bedside manner is horrible and I will never be back here again. The rest of the staff was fine but the behavior and lack of knowledge from this doctor helps to determine that I will not be back......ever. If you want to he brushed off and treated like another number, then this is your place.
10-27-2020, staff didn't seem caring. Told me to change my primary doctor that I've been with for over 20 years. Dr. Carrington implied I was an addict. I plainly told them I take Vicodin for back surgery and I absolutely did Not want anything for pain, I wanted them to fix the problem. My toe was swollen and severely infected, with me being diabetic I didn't want a temporary fix (pain meds). I was worried about losing my toe or even my foot.
This is the worst hospital ever. If Carrington is your doctor when you go in just go somewhere else you will be an inconvenience to her night. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here especially with her.
