I am in love

Went in to do a RED LIGHT therapy + spray tan! Red light helps with acne which is what i need! The staff explains everything to you in detail so you feel comfortable.
They also have amazing deals with everything they have to offer!

Push IV and wellness offered me a welcoming atmosphere with elegant decor, relaxing aroma and complementary coffee/tea service .
The staff was very attentive and accommodating and very professional during today s service I had a B 12 shot given to me by one of the nurses who explained the shot to me and how to minimize any pain or discomfort during the injection. Everything went smoothly and I enjoyed it very much . I Will be coming back soon and highly recommend to everyone as they offer a range of services from skin care, tanning and red light, IV drips, and wellness shots.

The staff is very welcoming! Everything is super clean. Their spray tanning machine is very high tech and gives you that perfect glow! My tan lasts about a week and doesn t get blotchy when it starts fading they are definitely using the right products. Highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly and the energy is chill. I felt comfortable in this Wellness center. Their b12 shots and IVs instantly gave me a boost of energy! I wish I could do it every week.

I love the environment sheen walking into Push IV and Wellness, everyone is so welcoming and very knowledgeable on all of their services. They offer complimentary coffee and tea as well. The space is very clean and cozy, and they are located right off the strip which is so convenient! They have an amazing spray tan booth, I m booking my next spray tan with them ASAP!!!

I went in for a B12 shot. It did not hurt, it was fast, and definitely recommend 10/10. B12 shots are an easy way to address one of the most common vitamin deficiencies and increase their energy and boost their mood. Everyone was super nice at Push IV & Wellness and the space was bright, clean and inviting.
