We have kept a mailbox here for many years which we use for deliveries that will not fit through the letterbox. Overall the sretvice has been excellent with staff being both efficient and friendly. It is more expensive for other services when compared to the post office opposite but then you do not need to queue for six hours to be served.

Amazing people. Amazing experience. They scan your letters for 25 cents within five minutes when you ask for it. Super efficient. Super nice. Really great when you need to travel. No friends or family can be as reliable. It really worth the little investment.

But...

It is this Mail boxes. This address. Not sure it is as great everywhere. I had not such a great experience with other Mail boxes. This particular team is great.

I have been using and dealing with Mail Boxes Etc South Kensington London for over 10 years now and I always find a friendly and professional approach. I must say very efficient people and helpful realiable service. Highly recommended !!! and I hope to keep using for years to come .

Really bad service. I went in the morning to use WesterUnion Service and was told the person from WesterUnion works from 11 am to 5 pm. I went back at 2:30 just to discover this person goes for lunch from 2 to 3pm but they forgot to tell me in the morning !!!! On top of that they were rude to me when I complained. I am not going back

I used them to send loads of stuff to USA. Everything arrived carefully packed and amazingly I never had to pay any duties. Fast service an asset too.
