I always get hair color and cut from Gina and she is very good.

Dan is wonderful. Had trouble finding someone that could cut my son's hair the way I wanted. Should have just started here.

Tim gave me a nice haircut and I enjoyed our conversation. He kindly gave me some aveda products samples to try out before I buy. The salon had precautions in place to minimize COVID risk.

I just moved to the area and was really nervous about getting my hair cut in a new place. I've had several bad experiences in the past with new places. Pure Concept was recommended to me and so I checked it out. I absolutely loved it! I loved the complimentary services and everyone was really nice! The atmosphere was very nice and clean. I love the cut Karen gave me! She was also so friendly and easy to talk to! I'm so excited I found my new salon so quickly!!

I was unfortunate enough to have Nicole do my highlights. She was very rude and rough on my hair. The highlights were not good but they were expensive.
I have found a great salon called Greenline.
They are nice and do a fantastic job.
Wolf NEVER go back to pure concepts!

This salon is a very warm and welcome place to step into! I love that the Nail/Waxing department is in a separate area away from the stylists so that the interaction between the nail tech and client is so much more intimate and serene.
Mercedes does my nails and I ve veen following her and her work for years. She is outstanding in her technique and compassion for her clients. Not only does she make me feel cared about my entire service- she has become a wonderful friend and someone I look forward to having appointments with.

Pure Concept Salon is very well run with excellent stylists, and quality Aveda products. I have been a client for many years and I have never been disappointed with the services professionalism of the staff. I'd recommend this salon highly.

Pure Concept Salon in Kenwood is an outstanding facility with highly trained service providers, fresh clean air, charming decor and just about anything a person could want in a salon.

This place is awesome! I got a haircut by Sharissa and loved it. The haircut included a massage and mini facial while I was getting my hair washed. Sharissa explained each product she was using but did not pressure me to buy them which I appreciated. Heads up they only take cash or check tips- not by card! I would highly recommend this place. Great service and not overpriced.

Gina is amazing! I went in after growing my hair out for a while and wanted to donate it. We managed to get enough (it was close) for a donation. She made my newly shortened hair look amazing! I'm pretty sure she can work with ANY hair!

Renee and the Crew do a wonderful job! Especially Nicole who gives an excellent cut. In fact my previous cut was so good I could have gone another 4 weeks, but for the length.

Had a wonderful experience here with Karren, super relaxing, pleasant conversation but not too much to disturb the relaxation. People actually noticed my skin looked fresh. If I would live nearby I'd definitely become a regular.

I have seen 3 stylists over the past 10+ years that I have been having my hair done at Pure Concept Salon and Spa. Each one has spent time listening to me and has done a fantastic job with my hair, cut and color. Love the mini facial which is included. Pricing is reasonable.

This place is well run, professional and staffed with amazing talent.

I was in today and got my hair done by designer Lauren. She is awesome!! I have thin and flat hair and I am very particular about my haircut (as i cannot take chance) she patiently listened to my requirements and gave a perfect cut. I am definately visiting again. I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely love getting a full body massage here. Of everywhere I have tried, Pure Concepts is the best! Also, this is the ONLY salon where I will ever have my hair done!

My color was terrible. I let the stylist, and receptionist know I didn t like it. Management was supposed to call me but never did. Days later, I had to go get my hair fixed at another salon. Terrible management and owners. Save yourself the money you ll spend getting your hair fixed at another salon.
