Left this agency awhile ago as I got my lucky break. However I think its important for me to share my experience as I really don't want another member signing on without reading the fine print. My consultant was Rob managed to temp a little bit to realise that some places they placed me was rife with racism and I was saddened to see Rob enabling and siding with this sort of behaviour just to line his pocket. They work with low life agencies mostly. Iv had to deal with Rob calling me and telling me off like a school kid when he didn't witness what I witnessed. Bullied. Anyway diversity and inclusion are non existent in pulse. I am not sure about other consultants as I only dealt with Rob. And also I think its also important to note once I dumped them they got a junior consultant charlotte to email me about my whereabouts in the disguise of a fake job opening at jungle creations. But they vanished. I had a bad feelings about this agency as I temped with another ad company and they said pulse are an agency with no pulse that's why we dumped them. And I couldn't agree anymore. Hope you guys start spreading love instead of lining your pockets. I work at an ad company now and iv informed them to avoid using pulse for temps. So we don't use them!

I ve just finished my first week temping with pulse and the experience and communication from the team was good. The temp controllers were lovely and placed me in a great role within a week.

Been registered for a good 2 months get frequent junk availability emails however, Ella failed to find me temp work. Alarm bells should have rung very loud when there was zero reviews on google. Ghost recruitment agency with temp recruitment consultant having no experience in the field. And yes i have 8 years experience in major marketing companies. Avoid!

Pulse was attentive and organised with finding me temp work. As a temp I was offered multiple jobs when needed, at great companies. I enjoyed working for them and their flexibility was perfect for me around my schedule at the time. Communication was good and efficient and overall really happy with my temping experience! I was interested and quite shocked to see negative reviews of Pulse on here. I've been temping with them for more than 12 years now and have had nothing but an excellent relationship with them. They always send me to top companies, pay me well and they're lovely to communicate with. On top of this, they've never complained if I've said I didn't want to do something, they've just offered me something else instead and I feel that the loyalty and respect is mutual. I feel very much looked after. So if you're lucky enough to get in with this company, it can be an excellent experience.

The Pulse team are excellent, they are always on hand to answer calls and e mails and give help and advice when necessary. I have been given excellent temporary placements with them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
