Nice art themed Hotel with great price value relationship and an awesome breakfast buffet. Quite central and adjacent to central Park mall with lots of food possibilities

Nice hotel. Good location if you are into shopping. Relatively clean. Good bed and shower...which is key. Breakfast was excellent and so was the spa. Visited the spa both days that I was there. Staff is very well trained and attentive.

The hotel is good, but the rooms are rather cramped and often trip over the edge of the bed, breakfast is quite complete

The Hotel service in general is good. The porter, the check in process, the location, the security, the room in general. But the problem is in the bathroom. The sink on the wash bin and the shower is all clogged.

The elevator is a bit old the room can be said to be rather small for a reasonable price ... But it's clean and comfortable and the service is good

I really wanted to give 5 stars. but that means you dont have space to improve anymore. (hey sometimes a Hotel that got too much full rating doesnt really care anymore to the small details and service, be carefull) haha just kidding. just near similar to the one I review on your facebook page, I liked this Hotel (especially the Suite Room). just please do upgrade your swimming pool please... and the access from Level L from the gym to the pool (stairs is unfriendly to elderly people and little children) and provide more random variation of different food each day for the breakfast and do a frequent check of foods left available before 9 oclock not all guest are early birds with big appetite. do consider your guest that booked for a stay more than 3 days, what matters most to them??

The hotel is located in a distinctive service area, close to international markets and stores, such as Starbucks coffee and other famous clothing stores

A great place to hold a wedding reception. Spacious & comfortable place and strategic because it is on the edge of the highway. Maybe only access to the Ballroom is rather difficult because it has to go through Central Park Mall first.

The concept of the lobby is unique. Towards the elevator there are several statues of female feet without bodies. Staff and security guards are quite friendly.

Food variety... Not a5 star standard.. No proper placard for vegetarian and the staff aren't even aware the veg concepts exist... Poor

good food especially the seafood pasta and sushi. they also provide roasted beef and turkey, Indian food, pecking duck, hainamese chicken, sashimi, salad bar, pasta station, noodle station, etc. many variety of yummy dessert including cakes, pudding, donut, popcorn, marshmallow and cookies with chococolate dip, ice cream with various toppings, i chose rhum raisin ice cream and some cakes which tasted perfect. There was live music and halloween theme at that time (I came for lunch on Sunday), all employees were wearing halloween costume and there was a clown offering custom made baloon. free flow sweet ice tea and water. we won a doorprize, i.e. family entrance pass to Jakarta Aquarium at Neo Soho, valid for 2 adults and 2 children. nice ambience.

When Jafra annual conference gets breakfast and lunch for such an event, the food is neatly packed and the food is delicious

One of the best and trendy places to do confernces, product launches and seminars. Food won't disappoint. Enough interesting points to take instapic after that. There's also 3malls surrounding that superblock where it is located with wide selection of restos and lifestyle needs grabs.

The hotel is joining with 2 malls, Central Park n Neo Soho. We spent one night there. We took a deluxe room at six floor. The room was not big but comfortable and good malls view. The mini bathroom separates from mini toilet without lock. There is a magnifying glass for touch up. We get 3/4 kinds of Dilmah tea and also get raw coffee with Grinding machine and 4 glass bottles mineral water. The breakfast was delicious, so many optional foods n drinks. My 7 and 9 yo children can join for free. The pools quite big, but the toilet n changing room is upstairs.

The room is quite spacious, it's just a shame the bathroom's bottom and top are transparent, so that roommates can see / peek when we bathe. Then hot water for a long time can take out 5 minutes, new water is hot

Location : excellent location at central of Jakarta. Next to Central Park mall and walking distance to Neo Soho Mall
Room : stayed at executive floor with king size bed. Bed was comfortable. Pillow quite soft to my liking. Prefer harder pillow. Room is clean , however the room cleaning service was not prompt.
Internet : free WIFI available throughout the hotel.
Executive lounge : great place to chill out and have business discussion with free flow of drinks (alcohol included) and some light meal. Can have breakfast here which is reserved for those staying at executive floors and will have personalize service
Breakfast: had breakfast at 2 places. Executive floor had less variety but more service oriented. The main dining hall for breakfast is more of choices.
Gym : is small , but almost complete since not many utilize it.
Spa : they have this service , but on the high side.

I happen to have never stayed here. I only use the meeting room which in my opinion is quite satisfying.
Besides that, I really like the buffet dishes served by the hotel.
The variety is quite complete and the taste is also quite tasty.
The service from the receptionist, around the meeting room and also in the restaurant was very satisfying.
The position of the hotel is at Central Park Mall, so it's easy if someone wants to be bought.

Comfortable hotel, cool, next to the SM Mall, the food is great.
