GREAT customer service!! All of the people in the office are so kind and patient. I'd give them all gold stars if I could! The drivers are also very kind and considerate, and do a great job! Pullman is a better place because of them.
They just don't collect your recycling if there is a single item in the bin they don't like. Two months later and they still have never collected my recycling and I have no idea why.
I personally know at least three of the people working there and I feel greatful knowing the people working are working their hardest.
I had to call many times to fix the problem, and it took more than a month.
Very friendly staff, always helpful - especially when paying my mini storage rent.
