I've been trying to get ahold of someone there for a month and have called over 30 times either to get "we can't take your call at this time" and no option to leave a message, or suffering through being on hold for over 2.5 hours at a time.

Maria Louie has lied to me so many times!! She keeps telling me she'll make sure I get the papers I paid for "within the week"....it's been 5 1/2 MONTHS and counting.... Either give me my papers or give me my money back!!

Absolutely the MOST asinine employees in any department. They like to claim your paperwork was incorrect and then refuse to tell you what was wrong with it. I don t know why any other state would trust their lab to do anything, let alone do it correctly.
