Berminggu minggu jaringan saya tidak stabil. Masalah yg seperti ini ternyata bukan cuma saya saja.
Saya coba menghubungi customer servis hanya mmbuat saya jadi emosi saja.
Kepada siapa lagi saya mau komplain. Ternyata xl makin lama makin sampah.
Bertahun tahun saya memakai xl dan kali ini benar benar tidak ada respon dari xl sama sekali.
Hanya robot xl yg menjawab . Pas mau tlpon sama customer servis nya malah mati in ponsel nya.
Harus nya anda sadar pak. Saya mmbeli paket kepada anda bukan pake daun.. itu uang asli yg saya beli kuota nya.
